I am responsible to bid for a construction contract (a large scale industrial). Do you guys know what kind of taxes and how much rate% will apply? I checked some sites but I cant understand if there is more taxes to "Service tax" and "import tax"...

i have more than 200 friends: about 4-5 close friends, 10-20 more or less good friends etc.

All the time I am suffering 1-2 persons, who I do not like them to call my friend, I cant dis-respect them, just because of myself. I just dont call them, and ignore them most of the time, but they keep hanging so long that they make me tired...

How could I get rid of them?

I have finalized some inventions in the field of hydrogen and solar energy. I have made many connections to demonstrate them, but because of very poor investment on research in my region there is the least chance to find a sponsor. Do you know someone, some company or organization to be interested in the matter?

The fact is that i have also contacted some universities, but since my prior education is not related to this field (mining engineering), they can not accept me.

Some hints: She is straight, a little shy, and sometimes angry with simple things, normally showing not much attention to any special item, so i can find what she loves.

I am experiencing to build a solar collector, and need a material which stays liquid in temperatures 150 to 280 deg. centigrade. I am going to use it as a heat tracing around main heat carrier.
