??Brown sugar??

I've always told myself that I'm going to lose weight and when I do work out it;s only for a couple of weeks or days then I stop. it just seems like a hopless battle for me... I realy wanna lose some of this fast but I don't know how to keep positive or motivated please give me some advice. Any around the house things I can do??

I've known this guy whom I like for a long time and right now I'm soo heart broken about the way he treats me and over looks me when it comes to other girls he leads me on and he is never serious about anything. but I can't help the way I feel about him. Friends say I should walk away and I'm trying its just soo hard.

will he ever regret what he has done?? or miss me?? or will ever find another that has treated him good like I did?? is it true that ppl will regret the way the treated someone soo good bad??

My best friend who has a one yr old child and she is liveing with her step bother and his wife and their other 5 kids and my friend has been hooking up with her step brother for almost a year now and his wife even knows about it and I guess is ok with it and sounds crazy too me but.. the rest of my friends family don't agree with it and I don't either. but it makes me soo angry that he makes here think it's ok for her and him too hook up when he is already married, and my friend makes me angry too because she is in the wrong and is takeing somone elses man. But she was pregnant by him and she just lost the baby last week and I feel sad for that but I feel like her being with him is not good for her. how can I tell her how I feel about it?? is it my bussniss?? I mean I'm the only friend who she tells her busniss too like that and they even kiss in front of me so do I have a right to say something?

And she has had bad exsperience with men in the past

I have a artical I have to read in class this week and I'm soo nervous but it's only reading it from your seat not in front of class but I'm soo scard lolz I hate reading out loud in class but I have to do it in order for me to turn it in but my artical is only 2 paragraphs and I'm still nervous lol pleas help me.

Sometimes when things comes down on me all at once it seems soo unreal and hard to bare I dunno how to handle it I sometimes wanna give up on life I feel like one day I'm just gonna have a break down, I've been going through sooo much and I dunno if I need help I keep everything to myself and I never even tell my family or close friends what I go through at time cause I feel like I bother and most of the time my friends just act like they don't care.

Why do they like to steal other womens men even when they are married men? I just don't get it it's not theirs to have it was nver theirs to touch. so why steal someone's man?? that is soo wrong. and even if they are not married they still take other womens men and don't care.
