When suing another for breach of a written agreement and In addition to the agreed debt, can additional costs, as in mechanical fees, parking violations the user accrued be added as liquidated damages? • For a near pit bull dog attach, which choice would you make?

A pit bull charged me and came face to face in a near attack on my own property, from a back door neighbor's "kennel". They lack a fence adjacent to my back yard. My family is afraid to go outside. I went to talk to the property owner,(needless to say my heart was still racing and my head was pounding from a migrain that got real bad after the incident, I scraped my leg on a stump in the escape.) My neighbor just said she was sorry. I asked her about building a fence and she said she had been thinking about it. 2 questions;1)Should I contribute in financing this new fence?

2)Should I have reported and to whom and when is it too late to report?

  • How can I eject a cd in car cd player? Car is NIssan Quest Van with factory radio/cassette/cd player.?

CD is an original AC/DC Highway to Hell. A good one but I would like to stop saying that my van is "stuck on Highway to HeLL".

I did look at factory manual that comes with the van but it does not mention any codes or tricks to eject a stuck cd.

  • Can Tire spinning in ditch be against the law?

If a neighbor from across the street backs up from their driveway to across the street into the ditch ( not deep) almost about 10 feet from the street and spins the tires into the my neighbor's empty lot, and spins back out into the street, what would he be liable for and what law is there in Texas for such an incident? He leaves ruts in the torn up yard at least a foot deep and even skid marks as he exits onto the street.
