My adult son has caused us problems his entire life. Now in our old age (75 and 93) he is putting us in an early grave with threats and using the court system to harrass us by seeking guardianship of my husband. My son is not interested in guardianship. He wants me to sign over my house to him. I told him no. Now, the threats are unbelievable and this is going to be a secon trip to the court. The stress is killing us. How do I get him out of my life permenantly and to legally stop harrassing us?

Are you also concerned about the child labor camps and sweat shops of those working in other countries for pennies a day? How about the tomato pickers in Florida working under abusive conditions? Our government sure doesn't seem to care considering so many incentives were given to those who import goods and migrant workers into this country. Are you one of those people who are satisfied knowing the clothes on your back was made by one of these people as long as it is cheaper for you?

Should wealth of Americans also be distributed to those people if it means taking a portion out of the pie that is distributed to you?

My job may require extensive travel in the US and abroad. 3 states and an island in the Caribbean all three months each. I have a 9 year old. I was thinking of a state run Virtual Academy and then hire a tutor to travel with me.

If concealed carry is permitted by law and a private business bans it from the premises could a person be arrested if they carried anyone and was found out, or just get kicked out?

It seems the monthly rate plan for wireless is higher then just connecting to the internet via my desktop. How much is your wireless costing you and do you get unlimited internet usage? Debating buying a laptop or stick with desktop.

Have you read how the government really wants young adults to buy health insurance? I can see why. I saved over $100,000 totally by accident simply by putting the amount normally paid for health insurance into a separate account for many years knowing how healthy I was as a young adult. I only used my money twice a year for the dentist. A few years ago I bought hospitalization just in case.

When I lost my job the money was there for me to use instead of collecting welfare. If I hadn't lost my job, it would still be growing.

What is wrong with my choice in life that has only benefited me and was never a burden on the country.

I was born into a poor family and never completed college so I am not a person of privilege, just a planner.

My niece is in a brain rehab hospital and games help will help fire up neurons. I was thinking of a lap top so she can also view family photos.

Question: Can I buy and download games on a lap top so she can play without using the internet.

The only reason why I was thinking lap top instead of a DS or PSP is because the screen is big and later she can have it for email and school.

Could it be the gas. When I was in Utah the gas mileage was exactly what it was supposed to be at 25 miles per gallon. In Vegas, it is 16 miles per gallon depending on the gas station. Sometimes 18 miles per gallon. Then, when going back to Utah for a few weeks, I noticed I am getting 25 miles per gallon again.

Also noticed highway mileage is much different in the two states. What is going on with the Vegas gas?
