me knowing,,,until after the fact. Even though we have got a child together, could it be that he said he had no kids and that is how the divorce from me came through as uncontested. He has since remarried. What recourse do I have....if any? Please help me

sign off on his divorce from me as he (my husband) had no idea where I lived, which is a lie. Is his remarriage legal and is his divorce from me legit? This took place in another state other than where we both reside? I want to be divorced from this person, how do I go about obtaining a divorce the legal way and could he get into trouble for having someone sign as me in order to secure a divorce. We have got one 15 year old son.

even though I got a 76 on the Living Environment regents. However, my FINAL grade was 60. L.I teacher told me I need to attend for credit recovery in order to receive a passing grade. Passing the regents counts for nothing????? Also, if I don't attend summer school I will have to repeat the course.....I am currently in 9th grade, would I be kept back and not allowed to go to 10 grade in the fall. Live in NYC

and can a report card be used in in place of a transcript?

He is sure about wanting to attend college but is a bit lost. I am a bit worried as nothing I suggest seems to be something that peaks his interest. He very rarely gets excited about anything and I don't see the passion for anything in particular.

Apart from his guidance counselor at school, is there anyone you can suggest we speak with to help him find a path that he can get excited about?

My step father was diagnosed with prostate cancer 2 years ago. He was in severe pain recently and he had the "TURP" procedure done, only to find out that they found small cell carcinoma. Now his doctors want him to do a laparoscopic prostatectomy. I am wondering if that procedure would be a cure and if not what happens to the small cell carcinoma? Removal of the prostate isn't a cure for the small cell issues that are still there, right? Just a little perterbed and curious! Thanks
