I am trying to findout the process of getting a plot of land improved. If you have done this before can you discribe the process and cost?
I want to make the following improvements:
1. Get electric to the property.
2. Get gas to the property.
3. Get water to the property.
4. Get a sewer to the property or septic installed.
5. Get a phone line to the property.
6. Get Cable TV service to the property.
I want to know what permits were required. What was required to get the permits. Cost of permit and if you did it yourself. If you used a contractor or someone, how much did they charge.
I perfer answers for people that have done this in California, Los Angeles County, North County (Newhall, Santa Clarita, Castaic) area, but would be very interested in hearing from anyone.

Does anyone know how to retrieve there excite.com email password? I can retreive my hint WORD but because I no longer have access to my registered alternate email address, I can not have the password emailed to me.
If anyone knows of another way/method of getting into the account, please advise.
