I'm 22, I live in THE BEST place in the world -- New York City!! So that you know a little more about me, I'm a full-time student, I absolutely LOVE reality shows (even the fake ones), I hate when people are degrading or ignorant to others - intentionally (or unintentionally for that matter) I L-O-V-E rainy and snowy days (they're so cozy!), I like to walk in it play in it whatever! I like cherry Kool-Aid (Its My Fave), never met a cheese I didn't like ... and that’s about it for right now! I'll keep you posted.

  • What is the next single to be dropped from Kid Cudi's ablum, Man on the Moon II?

Big fan, had the album for a while. Waiting for the next video to drop. Does anyone know when, or which single it will be?

  • How do I rent out my apartments with Section 8 tenants?

I recently bought a house; an investment. I am renting out the apartments. Most of the perspective tenants have Section 8 vouchers. I have never rented to anyone that had S8 before.

    How does it work?

The rent is $1,700/month .. If a person is being granted $1,500 from S8 and has to pay the rest of the money out of pocket, how do I as the landlord get my rent payments?

--Does the tenant pay the difference to the State/S8 and then S8 sends me a check for the full amount ($1,700) or

-- Does the State/S8 pay only the amount stated on the voucher and then the the tenants pays me the difference?

I have been told both of these scenarios by different people. How does it actually work?

I live in new York City if that makes any difference.

    Thanks

  • Wat are your theories on Inception (movie)?

I have to say, this film was very well done.

What do you think actually happened at the end? Clearly he was in a dream b.c the top kept spinning from what we saw.

But was Leo's character actually in limbo?

Did every one wake from the dream except for him because he chose to stay back and look for the asian guy? And did they both remain in limbo?

Or was he dreaming the entire time, as his wife told him? (I'm leaning more towards this theory.)

His wife kept insisting to him that they were dreaming the entire time. So did he dream pretty much the entire movie? Because at the end, he seemed to have awoken in the plane along with everyone else. But if so, how is it that his top fell over when he was in the bathroom and certain other parts of the movie?

Sorry if I'm rambling, but I just think this movie amazing and very thought provoking! Please post comments and theories on the movie.

  • Is abc's FlashForward being canceled?

I read a few blogs and kept seeing people commenting on the cancellation of flashforward, is it really being removed from abc's line up?

I've invested so much time into following the story and watching the characters develop.. Hope it wasn't for nothing.

  • Which is better, Amazon Kindle or B&N Nook? Why?

They both cost about the same and both support 3G wireless service.

    - The Amazon Kindle is not touch screen and does not have color. Has web browsing. Has text to speech capabilities.

-The Barnes & Noble ebook is touchscreen and has color.

It does not allow for web browsing or have a text to word option (Where the book is read out loud, like when you're driving for instance). Has Wi-Fi and you're able to read books for free in any BN store. Has a slightly shorter battery life. Has an expansion slot for more memory.

  • Do you need an additional internet/ 3G plan for reading device (Sony, Kindle, iPad)?

I wanted to get an amazon Kindle. I saw it for around $260, is that a good price?

Do you need an additional internet plan as you do with the iPad? Or can you just get internet from a hot spot at home or on campus?

  • How do audio-books work?

I have a 6th generation 80gb ipod and I wanted to get an audio book (book on tape) kind of program.

I'm interested on being able to listen to books on the go, as I spend hours on the subway each day.

    So I'd like to know:

How do audio books work? I saw on the website you have to pay a monthly fee. Do you in addition have to pay for each book?

Is it worth it? I would probably prefer to use a program that allows me to pay as I download (for each book) and not charge me a monthly fee.

Also, are there any other sites/ companies in which you can buy and download audio books that are compatible with mp3 devices like mine without having to pay a monthly fee?

  • Problem with my iTunes; keeps showing alert?

I keep trying to sync my ipod with my itunes. But when I open my itunes, it keeps showing the alert symbol (!) in front of every song. (I have about 5,000 songs all together)

I'm using an external hard drive (correctly) and its telling me that itunes could not find my songs and that I have to manually find each song on my computer before they can sync it (that would take forever to do!!)

This happened once before and the only thing I could think of doing was restoring my ipod and erasing ALL my songs from iTunes and reloading them all.

Please help!! What can I do to fix this problem and why does it keep happening to me?!?!?

    Thanks

  • What happens if someone reports you on Yahoo! Answers?

I don't get it, I'm always honest and polite, but I was reported for answering a question. (Go figure)

    Have you ever been reported?

What's the big deal with getting reported/ I don't get it? Does anything happen?

  • What should I consider when buying an External Hard Drive?

Any info you can offer would be much appreciated; (formats, extra equiptment that I should buy, etc) I know very little about add-ons.

  • Pain in pelvis and perineum (area between your vaginal opening and anus)?

*I have not suffered any injuries!!

I have this random pain that often comes and goes. It happens about three times a year and lasts for only a few days. I've noticed it since I was about 17 (before I was even sexually active). So that has nothing to do with it.

The pain starts in my lower back and penetrates straight through my stomach and feels like it's coming out of my belly button. My perineum hurts (kind of a sharp pain) and hurts when I sit. It feels like something dropped in my abdomen.

I'm 21, sexually active, no STD's or STI's. I can't think of anything that could be causing it. It's really annoying. I've asked doctors in the past and they always administer pain medication, which doesn't do much to fix the problem. My mom and a friend of mine (both nurses) told me that something in abdomen could have dropped (I don't recall exactly what) they showed me how to massage my stomach in a way to fix the problem and dissipate the pain.

    Please help. Thanks!

  • Tea Tree Oil Soap, Good for preventing yeast infections?

I read something online that said:

Switching to a mild soap, ideally one with tea tree oil, all-natural bath products and fragrance-free feminine hygiene products can prevent yeast infections.

**Tea tree oil is known for it's anti-bacterial and healing proprieties. But will it disrupt the growth of good bacteria in the vagina? The ones that prevent a yeast infection from happening?

Should I just stick to regular scented soap? Does it make that big of a difference?

I'm not prone to yeast infections but get them occasionally, especially when I'm on antibiotics.

    Thanks,

  • Dry Socket after wisdom teeth extracted?

I was fine, I thought I was healing well and everything. But exactly a week after the extractions I started having a very bad dull pain on the entire right side of my face!!!

It starts at the jaw line and goes throughout my right cheek, up tp my right eye and ear and is hurting like crazy! I could hardly sleep last night because of it.

There is very little swelling or pain at the extraction site (which are on the top and bottom wisdom teeth on my right side). I don't really see it healing, and on top of that my bottom wisdom tooth was impacted, which I know raises the chances that you will have dry socket.

Dos it sound like I have dry socket? I'm leaving in a little while to go to the doctors, to see what could be wrong, but I'd still like to know.

    Thanks

  • What do you think of Jon allegedly cheating on Kate (plus 8)?

I think it's pretty obvious that she's a real *****. Always chastising him and scolding him as if he's one of her children.

And I can't even believe that she let him out of her grips long enough for him to be spotted at the club on not just one, but several occasions.

There's a whole laundry list of reasons as to why I don't like her...

    But what do you think?

Do you think the rumors are true?

    It's all on this site:

  • Any good, SWEET white wine recommendations?

I've never been a very big wine drinker, but I'm interested in trying some.

I've had dry wines and they are so harsh. I would like to try a wine that is full and sweet and has a nice flavor -- not a strong, sour or bitter taste.

I'd like for it to be affordable and available at most stores.

    Thanks

  • He came into my home and stole $5,000 worth of jewelry...?

A friend of mine that I thought I could trust came into my home and stole A LOT of jewelry, What can I do?

He stole things like video games and things like that from people in his house. He told me that they were lying and that they were just all against him. I didn't think he would do it (I've known him for 5 years, even lived together .. nothing ever came up missing before), but it was just me and him in the house and it wasn't me!!!

What can I do .... I mean anything!! I would usually take the higher road, but he came into my home and disrespected me and my family!!

The only thing is that there is no hard evidence and he was let into the house, he didn't break in... I don't think the police would be able to do much based on that.WHAT CAN I DO?

    info:

    26 year old male

record (mostly misdemeanors, hopping the subway turn style, littering, etc.)

homeless (kicked out of his house apparently for stealing from his siblings and is sleeping over at different friends on different nights)

    PLEASE HELP!!!

  • How old were when you during your first pregnancy?

How old do you think is too young to have a child, Or rather what is a reasonable age?

I know it differs for everyone and it has a lot to do with maturity and where you are in life (emotionally and especially financially).

Does it make a huge difference about the kind of support you get from family and friends? What was your experience?

I'm not pregnant, but I've been wondering a lot lately and just thought I'd hit around a few ideas.
