My husband says i am using my son as a pawn piece because i wont let him take him to his moms house. He is seven months old. What does that mean???

He just wants to take the baby over there and he wants me to be nice to them even though i don't even know her and her husband is a crazy drunk!!! just a few of the reasons i would not let him take the baby over there. the only reason he wants me to be nice to them is so they will give him money (10K to start his own business!!) He feels the more they get to see the baby the more likely his chances!! Because they could not have a baby of their own...?

Her husband smokes like a chimney and last time we saw them a few days ago the baby reeked like cologne and cigarettes! Also the lady is nuts! they were trying to have their own baby (she re-married ten years ago) when they were 50 and 60 years old !!! i never met them until i had a baby!! she showed up out of the blue and has not left us alone since!! (like where was she the last four years>?? dunno! they had a surrogate and everything but her husband sperm was no good...so how does all this mean the baby is a pawn piece? and why should i let him use the baby to get what he wants from them??

I told them they can see the baby once a month. she wants to see him every 2 days!! it is apparent she wanted another baby...but that is not my problem.

I began thinking that sex was disgusting after the first trimester of pregnancy..which was over a year ago. I still have no interest in it!! My husband says it is wrong for a wife to refuse sex to her husband....said it is in the bible? Dunno...think he made it up?

Is there something wrong with me? did you become uninterested due to being preggo or childbirth?

I went through a lot-c-section after 18 hour labor..maybe a contributing factor?

When I am feeding him he grabs the bowl and spoon from me and wipes the food all over his face! LOL. He grabs things and puts them in his mouth. Should I give him some moist Cheerios?

When did you start finger foods?

He has no teeth yet...May he be ready?? I don't want him to choke!!

I make my own baby food, excluding oatmeal...I puree fruit and mix it with the enriched baby oatmeal. I went to the store and bought stage 1 again....I did not think about it...he is crawling. Isn't that stage 2? Does it really matter? Can I just finish what I have of stage 1? And what is the difference between stage 1 and 2 baby cereals?

I make him chicken, brown rice, and carrot, or something similar for dinner. I give him fruit and cereal mid morning and then a dinner...

or is it already brined? I have never cooked a turkey...and is free range turkey worth the extra cost? Organic?

It is his first Christmas!! But he won't remember it but it is still exciting for us as a family. First Christmas as a family! What should i get him???

For three hours now! He usually goes to sleep at around 8 or 9!! He did this last weekend also. He is almost seven months old. He has no schedule! Sometimes he wakes up at 12, 4...a few weeks ago he woke up at 3 am and would not go back to sleep until 5...what do i do? He is crawling all over the house and it is almost midnight!! he is teething. I gave him tylenol because he was screaming. I put him in the crib..he screams...won't go to sleep just wants to crawl all over the place.

We need a truck with more than two seats, we have a truck with two seats that is not paid off yet. What are our options??

bought it new (toyota) three years ago. about three years left to pay. probably owe what its worth???

Been with husband for four years. Never met MIL. She disappeared because my husband cursed her out a long time ago. She hears i am preggo. She suddenly calls him when i am 8 mos preg. Suddenly she wants to go to my dr. appts. wants my cell number, wants to know where i work at!! Moved closer to us!!! Within a few weeks of meeting her.....the baby is born and she is coming over everyday!! While my hubby at work. she would demand i open the door!! i had c-section and could hardly get up. she would not leave til i opened the door!! after a few weeks my husband got her to call first! she would leave a message saying she was coming!! even though he told her to ASK me first. that went on for few weeks...then he told her to only come when he is home because i had been telling him she was too much for me!!! she would like push me out of the way to wash him and she was very controlling and bossy...and all over the baby like it was her baby!! And she went totally insanely nuts over my baby!! (i thought it was kinda weird...you know..she thanked me like i was a surrogate...like i had the baby for her)

Almost seven months later...still having issues with this lady!! We tried to set boundaries. She just does what she wants- comes by when she wants..its like she is obsessed with my baby!! She gets mad if she can't see him whenever she wants..which is like every three days!!! she guilt trips my husband into letting her come to see the baby every few days. she makes him feel bad for her and it works. keep in mind this lady dis-owned him, i dont even know her, and now can't leave us alone for more than a day!!! She called his job once to see when he would be home from work so she could come over!!!!

She has never gone more than...like ten days without seeing the baby..and when she does she acts like she hasn't seen him in years!! What is wrong with this lady? I have thought that she wants to steal him from me!! She shows up out of nowhere...thinking she has all these rights!!! To see him whenever she wants, to barge in on us... She acts like a crack-head when it comes to my baby!! Not normal behavior for a Grandmother!!? I mean what gives her the right to do this to me?

She wants to see the baby every day!!! She whines about seeing him every three days or so!!!!!! Insane right?? When she does she him she won't let go of him and tries to grab him away from us. Just acts like a nutty baby fiend!

I have a six month old. I have been with my husband for almost four years. Never met his mom until a month before my son was born!. She was hiding from him...had his whole family lying saying she was in India. She was like 20 miles away.

She showed up...called him (my husband) one day when i was eight months pregnant...she has NOT left us alone since!!! She invited herself to the hospital when my son was born and then started coming over every day!!! she walks into our home if the door is unlocked...invites herself over...memorized the code to our security gate (i dont even know how she got it!!) walks into my bedroom when im breastfeeding...walks into the bathroom when im giving the baby a bath....sigh....she always says she knows she is bugging us and says she will not call again....and then calls the next day and says she is outside...

she thinks that she needs to do our grocery shopping...cooking....tells me that I NEED her help....tries to buy us stuff...all i want from her is for her to leave us alone!!

Just fed up...i emailed her and told her to get lost and to leave us alone...was that wrong?? Does she have any business showing up out of the blue like she did?? She thinks she has the right to do all these things!! I feel like shes controlling my life!!!

She will call us and say "lunch is ready" i am on my way to pick you up!!! so then we HAVE to go there!! it just makes me so mad!! and then we are like, we never said we were going there for lunch! she never even asked us! she told us we were going there!!

it just annoys me. she does not care about either of us. she just wants to get her hands all over the baby!! tries to convince me to let her watch him and wants to take him to her house...when we go to her house she gets mad if i don't want to eat...she holds the baby while she watches us eat. she grabs him up...and then won't let go of him!! She tries to cook while shes holding him!! I can't stand her!!

I have a six month old baby. I lost my job because i went on maternity leave. i get unemployment. Anyways...my husband and i have a small truck and a motorcycle that we are still making payments on...three years left on the truck and about the same on the motorcycle. the motorcycle sits in driveway...he takes truck to work...AND I Walk!!!!!!!! Everytime i mention it he yells at me. The truck has only two seats...there are three of us now!! and the motorcycle is pretty useless...he probably owes more or as much as he owes on the vehicles....? Are we stuck with them? Can we sell them? He pays $700 a month in payments for two vehicles...that i dont get to use....and then gets mad at me for paying double for stuff....like stamps because i can't get to the post office...!!! Cause you know i have a baby!!! I can't carry stuff...i walk to the store everyday...What can we do? when we bought the vehicles we were not planning on having a baby.

Well..he did. Then refused to let me come back two months later when my disability leave was up so then. I applied for unemployment. He told the EDD I quit!

I live in California and he only has a few employees...i worked part time there for about eight months. Do I have the right to collect unemployment? Does it matter that he only had a few employees or that i only worked part time?

He seems to think that since i only worked part time that i was not entitled to any time off after i had a baby (and a major surgery) Am i protected at least by state laws??

He wanted me to come back to work a week after I had a c-section. I told him i couldnt! After my disability was up he told me he did not need me to come back. So i applied for unemployment and it was denied. I have a hearing. He is wrong, right? Is he not supposed to hold my job for 12 weeks? And it would have been wrong for me to continue working while collecting disability??

He told EDD that I quit..because I would not come back when he wanted me to even though my doctor said i could not work. I have EDD hearing in a few days.

My baby is five months old. I rarely give him bottles but I have to go to court in ten days...the nipples say 0-3 months? Can i make the hole bigger with a fork>? Or must i buy new ones?

Or do they revert back to their old self eventually?? Give example...

My boyfriend and I had a baby. He is five months old. My boyfriend has a problem with throwing tantrums and breaking stuff and throwing things....(most recent...he threw some scissors at me because they were dirty...he denies it though...says i throw things....?) Anyway...everyone told me he would change when the baby came...he is almost worse than ever!! His mom says to stick it out and he will change and she apologizes for him! But she wants me to stay with him because she knows that if i move she might not get to see her Grandson...selfish...

I suggested he get some counseling and he yelled at me..actually i said "WE" get counseling...he blames everything on me...

Is this an impossible situation?? When is he going to change? The baby is five months old already...I am afraid he will get hurt in the midst of his tantrums!!

I moved out for almost 2 months...his mom convinced us to get an apartment!! Thinking it would work...or maybe thinking that she could see the baby that way?? I dunno....He is up to his old b.s....?

Advice??

He cries and kicks...i put one leg in he kicks it out...i try to get his arm in the fights! Cries...So at home I leave him in a diaper...but when we are leaving it is unavoidable..have to put clothes on him. I have to use force then I feel quilty as if I was being mean to him and making him cry by putting his clothes on! Against his will!? Is that stupid?

I weigh myself in the morning and weigh four pounds less...sometimes two or three pounds less than I do at night? But I ALWAYS weigh at least a few pounds more at night. Why?

It just doesn't work as well!! It won't get anything out! Do you agree??

I and my husband have been telling my mil that i am on a diet!! I gained 50 lbs during pregnancy five months ago...she gets offended!!! Because I refuse to eat the greasy food she tries to give me!?? Should she not respect that i am trying to lose weight and she is hindering and screwing up my diet! Or at least trying to!!! Why does she try sooo hard to push food on me!! She is bony and never had to try to loose weight. She does not understand i guess. But why won't she stop??
