I have to develop a billing software for a telecom company. The technology Iam would like to choose is C#.net. Can anyone tell me more about this. I mean what protocols must I get connected for automatic call billing, call termination. Please give me guidance or refer me any tutorials on this subject. Thank you in advance

I have a website developed in PHP. The most important point here is I want to set up an SMS server on other system with which this website can communicate and automate SMS messages. Can anyone Pls tell me what is the best way of setting up a SMS server. What are the requirements in terms of hardware and software? How can I connect my website and communicate with this SMS server for sending messages automatically. If the sms is sent to this server it automatically updates the datbase of the website. Please let me know clear instructions. of setting up of this configuartion from what you understand.

For more details, basically in Cyprus there are two Mobile networks one is AReeba and other is CYTA. We have got service number ( 4 Digit Short Code) from them which is same. We are planning to include even premium SMS.
