I recieved a check and My name is on First and then my husband whom is incarcerated for the next 2-5 years is on the check with me ( check is from the state for taxes) well comes to find out I cant cash the check without him being there with me. So does anyone know if he signs power of attorney over to me will that work for me to cash it with out him? or is there anyother advice......and please dont tell me to go break him out of jail for him to be with me lol cuz thats not happening

Black people have private colleges example: Moore house and other colleges just for "blacks" and have foundations just for "blacks" but it would be considered racism if "white" people do the same and have a colleges and foundations just for "whites". I just dont understand they want to be equal but yet seperate THEMSELVES from everyone else. "black" people can make jokes about "white" people but "whites" cant make jokes about "black" people. I used to feel sorry for the black community and thinking everyone is out to get them until i realized they are out there seperating themselves from everyone else and calling it racism.

my husband is a really great guy. but his family is something els. I recently had a baby in Oct.2006 that passed away. so after the funeral the sister says" i hope you guys aren't planning to have another one cuz i cant go through this again" well 6-22-07 i gave birth to a baby girl and now she passed away. sister had the nerve to come to the hospital and yell mean things to me outside infront of a group of people. the mother didnt like the name i had picked out and said my son doesnt like that name. So i named our daughter what i wanted to name her. and the sister has said some nasty mean stuff about me and my other son that passed away. i try to get along with his mother and sister for his benifit. but after yesterday i just cant do it anymore with the 2. so what should i do?????????????
