  • My puppies were 5 months old and 1 passed away =o(?

I had 2 Yorkies I kept from a litter 1 died a couple days ago and my other puppy won't eat and is not being herself. The puppy who passed got into chocolate frosting and it took him within days. I took him to the vet the day before he passed away and they put an IV on him and pumped him with fluids as he was dehydrated. I am so brokenhearted as I delivered them all and raised them from day one. What can I do to cheer her up or is she grieving?

  • My dog was bit by a mosquito?

A mosquito bit my Yorkie on the nose is there anything that can be used to ease the itching? I did put off on him but since it was not on his face they went for his nose. He is very uncomfortable and it's hard to scratch it for him he does have a bump on his nose from where it bit him.

  • What can I do for a wild baby hawk/falcon seen in yard?

I took my dog out last night to potty and I seen a baby bird in the yard that does not look wounded just looks like he may of fell out of his nest and cannot fly he is a good size baby bird but hops to fast to try and capture him. My husband and I tried to get a better look at him to see if he was wounded and he didn't seem hurt but hopped away quickly, so this morning I go take my dog out again and the bird is back yet he see's us and again hops and hides in bushes. We lost track of him when we came in the house to get him something to eat. So again we went out an hour again and he seems to be here still what can or should I do? he is to fast to try and catch him yet I am scared he is easy prey and will get caught. My husband says his mother can be watching near by as well and may attack if she hears the baby cry. So please any advice would be appreciated, I am an animal lover and am sorry this is a long question.

  • How old do you have to be to fly for free?

What is the age limit to fly free? I have a 3 year old grandson who would not sit in his own seat on a flight, would he be able to fly for free? Do they charge him for as an adult? I know you can fly free under 2 but if he is 3 and will NOT sit alone, does anyone know how that would work?

  • How can I get my 3 year old male Cockatiel?

To trust me and not bite me? I let him out of his cage and he is fine as long as he is not close to my hands and if he is he bites me.....he loves to sit on my foot and I can wiggle my toes and he doesn't do nothing and even does the wolf whistle at my toes.....when he is on my shoulder or my knees he constantly bites me and I tell him no and I even give him treats when he goes back in the cage and doesn't bite me but that is very rare....I want to be able to have him on my shoulder without biting me constantly....granted they don't really hurt but it does when he bites my face......please help.....I have every kind of treat and he doesn't care his favorite thing is Spray Mullet and I give him that when he is good but he doesn't know the difference......I stick my hand in his cage slowly to change his water and food and he launches at me to bite me and I tell him no and he still does it and I tell him in a nice but firm voice and still doesn't help....please help

  • How can I get my cockatiel to trust me and not bite me?

I have a 3 year old male Cockatiel who loves being out of his cage and on me but doesn't like movement and will launch to bite me...I have a cover over me or he will bite me....and each time he does I tell him no and move and he flys to come back in the same place.....I don't understand why he likes to be on me yet doesn't trust me....I have tried giving him treats and even talking to him in a nice calm way when he is in his cage and he will look at me and not attempt to bite me unless he sees my hand....I want him to trust me and let me pet him and possible get up on my shoulder and hand without biting me....I have tried for 3 weeks now to tame him and he will not allow me to love him. I also have only had him for 2 months now.

  • Can you get theft charges filed against you if?

My friend of 26 years went and did a rent to own on an Entertainment set almost 2 years ago and after 8 months she was unable to pay for it since she was laid off so the place she rented it from threatened her regarding payments and refused to work with her so she made arrangements 4 times with them to come and pick it up and ended up coming at times she was not home and never the time they agreed on well she ended up having to leave the state and has her stuff in storage including this entertainment center they never came to pick up and keep in mind she didn't have access to a truck to take it to them....and she had friends load her storage for her while she was out of state and also assumed they finally did pick up their entertainment center to find out now almost 2 years later it is and has been in the storage can they file theft charges on her after 2 years? I think they can but she doesn't think they can since they failed to keep there end of the bargain and pick it up on the times they set up....she owed like 600-700 more on it.

  • Is it safe to shower your Cockatiels with a water bottle?

My neighbor has a Cockatiel who she says love bathing. She gets the squirt bottle and squirts him and he opens his wings as if to let her do it under there. And glides his wings so she can keep doing it. She does it once in a while but he is all distorted like he is drunk or something staggers and rolls around his perch......but then after about 5-10 minutes he is ok and shakes it off. He is 3 years old and she has done this for some time now.
