My friend's wrist was broken when she was hit by a golf ball. She was teeing off on one hole and a 16 y.o. was teeing on another. I guess his ball went askew and hit her. Is he legally responsible for her injury?

I am mother of two (8 y.o. and 1 y.o.) with an annual net income of $14,742. I live in the Bronx. The 1y.o. needs full time care and the 8y.o. needs part time care (after school). I know that I am eligible for childcare assistance with a public childcare provider but I can't get any information on how much I will end up paying without going to their office to fill out an application. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I've heard that some medical schools admit more nontraditional students than others. I'm 30 now and would be starting next year in the Fall of 2008 (after I finish my MPH).

I've heard it played on piano either by itself or with a number of different backgrounds, most of which I would classify as ambient. I think it's also been sampled for an R&B or hiphop song. The melody itself is sad and quite haunting. Any ideas? Know of a link where I could listen to see if it's the one I'm thinking of? Thanks!
