When I was 17 I was charged with a 2nd degree felony. My probation officer said I didn't have to put it down when filling out applications because its in my juvenile record. But every time I apply somewhere they always send an email saying they're "unable to hire" me. And a few friends of mine keep telling me that since its a felony it sticks with you when you turn 18 so I'm just confused...any help will be appreciated!

so I'm in love with this girl. she lives in Ohio while I live in Utah. we dated for a few days long distance, but she said she couldn't do the distance so we broke up. When we were together, we decided that we'd get married and we still talk like we're getting married, just as if she and I were still together. But the other day she said she couldn't say for sure that she's never gonna date another person. I was shocked and crushed. I'm so in love with her that I don't want to be with anyone else. If she loved me the same, she could tell me that couldn't she? I'm not able to relocate there until March of next year. My question is should I trust her and just go with the flow, or should I keep my guard up and don't get my hopes up so I don't get heartbroken?

Okay. So I've had a girlfriend for like..not even three days, but she and I have been talking for almost a month. Like, a lot of talking. It's a long distance relationship, we've never met...and I know I'm falling for..but I think I'm actually in love with her. I'm not 100% sure, more like 75-80% sure. I know you're probably gonna say, duh...but should I wait until I know for sure that I do to tell her, or do you think I'd be okay with saying it now?? Any help will be appreciated!!
