I just bought my 1st house middle of last year. I had to get a crummy loan to get in (Neg Amortization). Now I'd like to re-fi in the next 2-6 months. Problem is that my principal went up and the home value has probably dropped at least a little. If I can re-fi, will I end up with another high rate because of this? I'm in Sacramento, CA if it helps. Thanks.

I assume since it is isolated from a plant that the FDA doesn't regulate it. Does it readilly corss the BBB? How much of it gets decarboxylated to seratonin before getting eliminated? Is there a known reccomended dose? Thanks.

When fall came, both yards began growing mushrooms everywhere, hundreds of them. I assume the moisture aided them. I live in Sacramento (Nor. Cal.). Is this common? Is there a fungicide specifically for lawns? Thanks.

I've gained a little weight, gonna get back to the gym.

I recently bought a 6X10 open utility trailer. It has a straight axel, looks like it came off a tractor. I'm gonna fix it up, but can't decide if I want to go through the hassle of welding up suspenstion and a new axel. Just planning on hauling a couple of quads and some gear on it, nothing too heavy.

I just bought a house that has a drip system set up for all the plants. There are two large (~15' tall, ~6 year old) birch trees along the side yard. I noticed that they plugged up the drips for these two trees. They are in the flower bed right next to the lawn, but not actually on the lawn. They are not being directly watered. Is the water from the lawn good enough at this stage? Maybe because the roots are so deep? They look good, maybe a little thirsty (some leaves are kinda saggy), but I live in Sacramento and it's been over 100 for a while now. Thanks for the help!!

I am a medicinal chemist with about 5 years experience. I took a certificate program through UC Berkeley "Clinical Research Conduct and Management" I'm thinking about jumping careers and getting into this area. Will my science and drug discovery background give me a leg up in this industry, or will it not count for much? How much can I expect to make starting out? Would I have to start out monitoring trials, if so how long till I can get into management, helping to write protocols etc. And finally, if you are in this field, do you like it?

It seems to me that there would be bacteria in uncooked meat of any kind. I've had it before plenty of times and never gotten sick, but it makes me nervous. I don't want worms hanging out in my intestine. I always have a few drinks to try to kill them with the ethanol!

I recently had a blood test prior to surgery. The anesthesiologist told me my blood sugar was high. Don't remember the exact number as I was on my way out, but I remember thinking it was ~20% above what he told me was the normal upper limit. The blood test was last minute, so wasn't fasting. Infact I hadn't eaten anything all day till ~ 2 hours before the blood was drawn (bowl of cereal, containing sugar). Is it possible that my elevated levels were due to this? I told the Dr. that it wasn't fasting, and he stil told me to keep an eye on it. Thanks.
