ASK isn't in my control panel and every other link I try wants to sell me something else. I just bought RegCure Pro and it didn't help either. Every other link wants to sell me something too. I'm out of money with no fix.

I am trying to uninstall the "Microsoft Security Essentials" program and in the control panel the add/remove programs won't do it.

I have a long list of file endings that windows XP on my computer will not open, but first I would like to open all the .mus files on my computer. Is there a program that will do this. Everything I have looked at so far want money. So if I have to pay, is there one that does it all ?

I tried "Uninstall", "Delete" and "Remove" steps and this program won't go. I can't get tech support (dates from 2001).

I need to download the latest Adobe Flash Player. Every time it starts I get a notice to close Internet Explorer and Windows Messenger. I click the red X for the web page but I don't know how to disable the Messenger which I signed out of and shouldn't be running.

I had a Sony DSC W1 which was stolen from me. It seems to have had a decent flash. I bought a replacement Nikon Coolpix P60 and if the flash reaches out to 6 feet in low light, I would be lucky. I have heard that the Canon Cameras A 550 and A 630 are good and I can get an accessory flash unit that mounts on top for the A630. (if I need it). Are there any camera people out there I can get some basic advice from?

Every time I try to print from email or MS Word, the pop up shows no printer "Install Printer". My control panel shows the printer is there.

I get eMails with PDF files and I can't read them any more after a power failure trashed both my computers. (Windows XP Home.)

I downloaded Ie8 from yahoo and a Bing Traffic is on my tool bar. I've had nothing but trouble since. I understand it is from microsoft and that if I download it through Yahoo, it wouldn't be there any more.

I want it gone.

A power outage hit while restoring and I need to access two hard drives on my computer.

1) I removed the master hard drive and replaced it with a new 500 GB hard drive.

2) One hard drive is still in the computer (160 GB) as a slave.

3) Once I get the data from it transferred to the new master, I want to remove it and get the data from the old master (250GB).

4) I want to use the drive as a new slave and move the old slave to another computer.

I have Windows XP Home on both. I'm out of date and need step by step instructions.
