I love being with big groups of people and my friend only has a couple of good girlfriends. She is expecting that I plan time, holidays with her, but I'm outgrowing her. How can I or should I explain to her that I need to be with new people? I don't know what to do. We are 16 years old

She is 16 and loves basket - but the coach (who is the head of the association unfortunately) is a horrible person. She refuses to quit the team but is terribly unhappy, sometimes cries, doesn't want to talk about it in detail and doesn't want us to talk to him. I wish she would quit but she refuses. I see her terribly upset - what can we do? She thinks she can continue suffering, but I think he tries to get her to quit. A total unsensitive ........!

She does absolutely nothing wrong to bother him personally but he is a cruel person making her training an unhappy time because he treats her poorly, criticizes her, makes fun (he is a total creep!) She does not want to quit, and he does not listen to reason and she doesn't want parents to say anything to him. Does anyone have similar experience? Especially you men or boys in sports - what is this guy's problem?? Thanks

I sit at a computer a lot, do some floor exercises but don't really have too much time to do exercise. Is it age that makes me lose my muscle tone?

Mother is very communicative but father, very good person but too busy with work, doesn't deal with these home problems (and wants peacefulness at home, YEAH!). He only speaks up when wife says, hey, the kids are acting up....shouldn't he do his part and take a firm stand with them? When he does, he blows up, overdoes it, and then is disliked because he isn't really communicating, but dictating. What do you think world?
