for example: If it took X amount of power to make a 3000lb Gasoline powered car go 0-100 in 1320 feet would it take the same amount of power to make an Electric powered car go 0-100 in 1320 feet?

I run the game in compatability mode with xp sp2 and it gives me a "unable to initialize directsound" error . im running directx 10 on a vista os . the game works perfect on XP sp2 with directx 9 ?

Young man betrayed by Walmart

on Oct 3 2004 Hector Santiago injured his back while working for Walmart store # 1701. It has been over a year now and his injuries seem to have gotten worse. He has to take pain medicine everyday now even some to help him sleep at night. In the beginning the Insurance company for Walmart was slow at paying any attention to the matter until the attention disappeared. They hired a lawyer and denied his doctors request to perform a much needed procedure. Hector was told by his doctors that his injury, if left untreated, could possibly get worse. So why would the insurance company not be hurried in their quest to insure him. This question lingers in Hector's mind while he sits at home not being able to work. He wonders why he was not taken care of. When he started working at Walmart he was given the impression that they cared very much for their associates."well" he says " I just don't understand why they wont try their best to fix me" "I gave them all I had when I walked trough those doors every morning all I ask is for is what is just due" Not an unfair request if you ask me. For working hard and being dedicated Hector gets in return His life turned upside down. He can no longer enjoy being 25 years old. His four year old son wonders why cant my daddy come outside and play with me did I do something wrong.\par

"why cant you push me on the swing daddy" is what finally pushed Hector to a point of depression that is so deep its hard to understand. His friends and family say he is not the same person anymore he used to be so happy and always loved to have fun. "sometimes I cant even get out of my bed in the morning until my pain medicine takes affect". So since the insurance company failed to do what they are designed to do, "insure", Hector's injuries keep getting worse. Where is the justice in this. On behalf of Mr Santiago I urge Walmart and their associates to Make this right. Hector may never be able to work again and Walmart or their insurance company should do the right thing.
