I work in retail, and on a daily basis, I see toys that only adults could steal [for example 'stealing scissors and opening video games with them, I know the age group that was in the area at the time] they must hand them these products with a smile and expect thanks they get away with it and teach the children how to do the same thing.

I did catch someone once and had to take time from work to go to court, I got paid for the time I was in court but it seemed usless. nothing really happened .

I have been in my rental property for five years.My neighbors moved in a year ago since then theres trash everywhere, I can't put anything outside or they take it and destroy it. Thier kids take rocks and throw them at cars, property, and at each other. I have told the property management and the police but nothing changes.I want to start a petition but I need help.
