The company I work for is very laid back, and we work on an honor system. The owner (my boss) is hardly ever there. Here's the problem. My co-worker has been drastically changing the time on her time sheet (by like 3 to 5 hours) almost every day for a while now. I find this very unfair because I actually stay at work to get my hours in. Should I tell my boss or wait until she gets caught? There's a chance she may never get caught. The thing is, she's my friend, and I don't want to lose my friendship with her over this, but everyday I get more and more agry about this. Please help. I need some sound advice.

So, my husband and I are traveling to London this fall from Houston, TX. I don't want us to go over there looking like a couple of country bumkins.
