I saw a movie a few years ago on either ifc or sundance. It was about a polish jew prophet in WWII and based on a true story. THe polish Jew was a "giant" and was in some traveling show for the nazis- for his strangth and how tall he was. It was a very well done movie- at the end the giant ends up dying from infection from wounds from a nail scratch or something like that. I would really love to see this movie again- any help would be great. I think there was 1 really popular actor in it- he was the one who ran the show with the giant. The Giant jew was polish and he was a prophet and predicted what happened to his people in dreams. Thank you again

We have 2 mortgages- we are current on the first, but behind on our second. We have NO equity in the house- we owe 133000 on the first and 44000 on the second. We are almost 3 months behind on the second- we have tried to talk to the second (the first is with National City, the second is with Ditech) but they will not work with us. What can we do? Can we file a hardship for the second? We have declared bankruptcy back in 2005- and the second was included in that bankruptcy- we were paying on it- but my husband fell ill and was in the hopsital for 10 days- he is ok now and back to work- and we are current with everything but the second. When you look at our credit reports- the second mortgage does not even show that we owe anythign to them. I dont know what to do.

I have downloaded and tried to run malawarebytes and as soon as it starts to scan the program shuts down. My AV software is not picking it up and I am not sure wee to go bcasue I dont want to download another program like this- who do you recommend? I need help!!!!

I just bought a DSLR- the Canon Rebel XTI. I am trying out a Canon Speedlite 540EZ flash with it- I downloaded and printed the manuel from Canon. It doest flash when I put it in full auto-or any other setting. I know this flash was for a film camera, am I doing something wrong- or is it that I need a different flash? It is such a steal at $90-(I am buying it from a friend- if it works) Thank you!

Powershot SX10-IS or a Nikon D40. I have a Minolta SRT100 that I love to shoot and I have 2 lenses for it. I also have a point and shoot Kodak that I am outgrowing. I still love taking film photos with the film SLR. I have read reviews on both cameras and I like what each has to offer. I am not worried about the auto focus so much on the D40- as I seem to take good shots with my old SLR. But that powershot has a lot of nice features without having to lug around a bunch of lenses. I am just not sure and would like the opinions of the photo bunch here! Thank you! I am not a professional at all- I just enjoy photography and really enjoy it. I want to take better photos and I love the art of it.

I cannot believe you have to be a season ticket holder for either team to get these tickets. That is what I was told yesterday by the online Blackhawk Ticket chat fellow. How can that be- and do you think that any tickets will be availabe to the general public? I want to go- and want to make plans to go to Chicago- but I dont want to pay Stanley Cup Prices for tickets. Anyone have any info????????

Geez- I go on vacation for a weekend and evryone is gone!! I really enjoyed the answers from these people and they are just gone. Quite sad. I really enjoy learning about the other teams and facts that I didnt know about hockey- oh well.

I live in a nice quiet older neighborhood. There is a high school at the end of our road. We have never had any problems until this year. We have had numerous incidents with young black men causing trouble in our neighborhood. One incident which happened about 1 month ago- were two young black men fighting in front of our home and one picked up one of my landscaping bricks and was going to hit the other young man. My husband and neighbor put a stop to that by calling the police. Something that we have never in our 8 years of living here, have never had to do. Now this evening- my neighbor had a very unpleasent experience with 2 young black men who were cat calling at his daughter and insulting the father. We have never had this sort of problem before, our neighborhood is mixed with a variety of people- but lately with school of choice, these young men are casuing a lot of problems. How would you deal with the situation? Do I call the cops or talk to these young men. HELP!

On behalf of every "octopus ... in the oceans of the world," a Texas truck driver says he has filed a federal lawsuit against the owners of the Red Wings to stop the practice of octopus tossing.

Patrick Greene , 59, of San Antonio, who has zero interest in hockey, caught a news clip of the 50-year-old tradition after the Wings beat the Penguins for the Stanley Cup, and, he says, was "nauseated.

"I called my wife over to the TV, and said, 'Look at this.' She said, 'Why, that's horrible,' " Greene said in a telephone interview Thursday. "Who would treat an animal, alive or dead, like it's some kind of toy?"

Greene, an Air Force veteran, says he's not a member of any animal-protection groups. His brief says he has a right to file the suit because "every human being has the universal responsibility of protecting all domestic and wild animals of the world. The octopus ... deserves to be allowed to live its life in peace."

Greene cited no violations of federal law in his filing; but said the practice violates the Michigan Bodies of Dead Animals Act, a law passed in 1982.

"He's obviously very passionate about his position, and I respect that," said Karen Cullen , representative for Ilitch Holdings, owner of the Red Wings. "We'll review his concerns and then respond."
