One Bad Mama Jama

For the past few month my crotch started becoming itchy. I work outside in the heat and it's easy for the area to sweat. Then I noticed that it started to smell bad. It's never smelled like that my whole life until recently. So I thought it was jock itch, which I never had, so I picked up some LotriminAF and used it for about a week. It helped with the itching, but the area still starts to smell and it's not getting rid of the problem. Then my wife drops a bombshell on me that she slept with another guy and it has me wondering if this is where I got it and if it could be an STD. I've never had anything like this so I'm not sure. It's just super itchy all the time and smells. I could scratch it for days and it would still itch only making it red and inflamed, but I refrain. I don't know how you get this sort of thing. I don't go to the gym or anything. The only exercise I do is a lot of lifting, squatting, climbing, walking at work and running in my off-time.

I took my truck to get smogged the other day. After waiting around for an hour they tell me it didn't pass and the check engine light came on. The code points to the Mass Airflow Sensor. I drove home, took it out, and blew it off with the air compressor. The code went away that and didn't come back for a couple days. Question is if I take it out, blow it off and put it back, disconnect the battery to clear the codes, will it show up during the smog test even if the check engine light doesn't come on? Like I said before, I drove the truck about 360 miles in two days before the light came back on.

Everything else in the test is fine, just showing an error with the sensor. I'd rather not spend the money to replace it if there is nothing wrong with the truck or emissions.

I was wondering if I should go before the end of the year or wait till next year.

I've tried various foods and the only one that agrees with my dog is Royal Canin. I've tried Evo Red Meat Small Bites. I've tried Wellness. I've tried Arcana chicken and sweet potato. I've tried Stella & Chewy's freeze dried beef formula. I've even received various samples of Evo(chicken, salmon), California Natural lamb formula, Great Life salmon, but I just don't want to try them because he does so bad on them. Before I tried the Wellness Super 5 Mix with whitefish and sweet potato I had a sample bag that I was using for training treats and he had no problem with it, but then when I tried to use it as a dog food it all went downhill.

Every time I go through the process of spending a week or two switching him over he gets gassy, diarrhea, and it never ends. The only thing he does good on is Royal Canin, but I dislike it cause it has corn in it. He eats twice a day and usually goes potty twice a day, but when trying to switch him over he'll go numerous times, even waking up in the middle of the night to diarrhea all over the carpet.

I think I'm gonna have to stick with it because that's all that works. Anyone have any clue what the deal is?

After reading a lot of review about the ingredients in dog foods, it seems that there are so many that are terrible. I understand they are dogs, but a lot of the ingredients in most dog food are things that dogs wouldn't normally be eating unless fed by humans and some are even bad for dogs.

I'm seeing a lot or corn or corn meal. When do dogs eat corn? That's not a natural part of a dog diet and it's know to be difficult for dogs to digest and can cause allergies.

Cane molassas. Why would they add sugar to dog food?

Beet pulp. Another by-product. They claim it's a source of fiber, but it's actually added to slow down the transition of rancid animal fats and causing stress to kidney and liver in the process. There are other products that provide fiber, why not just use those instead. I guess Beet pulp must be the cheapest and easiest to use.

Then there are preservatives like BHA added that are known to be carcinogenic. Why in the world would you feed your dog this unless you didn't know what it was, or just don't care what you feed your dog?

I've been thinking about this for years and now I finally have one. I've wanted to name him Otis because I grew up watching Andy Griffith and always thought that pugs remind my of Otis Campbell (the drunk) on the show. I was also hoping that in the future I might get more pugs and name them Andy and Barney.

The only thing that bothers me is the Milo & Otis movie and that people would think I picked the name because of that, but that's not the reason.

Just for a few seconds. I have done this a few times and for some reason it feels great. I wish I could run for long distances with my eyes closed, but I know it's not safe. It seems like it's a close to flying as one can get. What do you think?

All these people are trying to save their homes from burning and the firefighters are wasting all this water. Water dropping aircraft are draining reservoirs and lakes. Don't they know we're in a drought? Everyone has been under water rationing, no washing your driveway, only watering your lawn 3 days a week. Are any other treehuggers panties in a twist over this as well? Just think of all the little shrubs that are not going to have enough water, or the native mosquito that won't have enough water to reproduce. I bet Bush set these fires. I think I'll go pray to Al Gore. He'll know what to do. Maybe he can fly out in his private jet as long as buys some carbon offset credits from China.

I thought they were going to end the war, cut funding to the troops, raise taxes on the rich, free health care for everyone. The only thing i've seen is their desire to legalize anyone who breaks into our country, but fortunately America won that battle. I've looked through the electronics they have (TV's, DVD player, etc) and most of them are "Temporarily Unavailable". After checking back numerous times over the past month or so the same things are still unavailable. Even things just added have become unavailable rather quickly. What, do they have only one unit available and once it's purchased that's it?

How does a company stay in business when it has no products to sell? Also, many of the items i've seen are overpriced. The ones i've looked at are $100 more then Target, Circuit City and Best Buy. Home Depot is even showcasing the TV's you can order online or through a catalog in some of the stores now, but why if they're never in stock and overpriced? It sounds like they're trying to expand their business in a haphazzard way.

Anyone have the scoop on Home Depot.com?

The website fails to make it clear or not whether you can order from their catalog (that's easily accessible online) at the store. The reason I ask is because online purchases do not allow you to use a gift card, while purchases made in the store do. Anyone have an answer?
