  • 1 hour break for 4 hours shift?

    I have a cousin in Georgia that works hourly and has had hours cut back significantly As of now, she’s frequently sent on an hour break for just a four hour shift. My cousin thinks its a waste of time to work just four hours, only to get paid for three because she’s put on an hour break. Is the employer complying within current labor law standards by doing this?
