I suffer from bad headaches that I have had from being in Iraq 3 years ago, I was also contacted cancer while I was there, the VA is aware of this and has my records, I also have level 3 PTSD, I have been told I was approved for 4 cases but have yet to recive a penny from the VA, I can not work, and when I tell the VA ( if they answer the phone ) all they say is well we will back pay you.

I was willing to do my job when they sent me to Iraq why can't they do theirs?

Why is it if the Va programs were madefor the vets of our country, It is so darn hard to get infomation on how they work or where to applyfor them, even when you go to the VA office they tell you they don't know where to gofor that information, If it is going to be impossable to get these programs should we not stop funding them and fire the people that don't know how to tell you how to sign up?

Is it legal that you buy a car sign all the paperwork, pickup the car and drive it home, then a day after buying the car the dealer calls and says they want more money down or a trade in? the deal was closed and I took the car home does that not mean the car is now mine and my payments will be what they told me at the dealership?

I understand about the checking account in a way, however the banker told me when i went to make a payment on a loan i had that my soon to be ex was making it and i need not pay, however he now tells me the loan was paid off but it still shows open on my credit report, when i asked about it he got very ify and told me it was paid, i'm thinking lawsuit.

in 1999 I bought a computer from Gateway, when it arrived in my home I had a trained programmer unpack and install the system, the programmer told me when he installed the system that it did not work right, I made arrangements with gateway and returned it I am now receiving phone calls, all the time asking when I plan to pay for this computer, that I never had for more than 30 days, needless to say after five years it still has not been taken off of my report, I do not have the return paperwork, i went thruogh a divorce a few years back and all paperwork was lost.
