I will answer that one myself....it didn't trickle down, it was swept up by the corporations who took full advantage of the trickle down econemy you bastards set up for them. the horse whisperer made a bet with the owner of the ranch that he could make the horses in the stable all cry. the owner wasn't buying it and took the bet. the horse whisperer goes into the stable and whispers to the horses and they all suddenly start laughing histerically. then he makes some sort of motion which the owner can't see from a distance and the horses start to cry.

I have heard that it can be done as part of the settlement, I just haven't had any luck finding any company that will negotiate the change in report status as part of the agreement.
