In liver cirrhosis, liver functioning is impaired, it cannot conjugate bilirubin as a result, it accumulates in the blood deposits to the subcutaneous tissues and causes jaundice, what i want to ask is why is the urine dark amber colored? If the liver cannot conjugate bilirubin, then no bilirubin will be converted to urobilinogen in the small intestine then how can the urine be tea colored? does the bilirubin leak out from the liver cells to the blood? how can it be excreted when it is not water soluble? Is it right for me to say that thats why there are pale colored stools because there would be less conjugated bilirubin in the bile to be converted to stercobilinogen and stercobilin hence pale colored stools? please answer?

I have a cough and I cough forcefully, after a few hours today i experience discomfort in the area below or underneath the xiphoid process, its like the upper portion of my abdomen is full of gas, i have been burping frequently for 4 hours already, i tried to auscultate the part and i hear frequent loud gurgling sounds, when i swallow i have the sensation of like i swallowed a large chunk of food that it has a hard time going down the esophagus, i have difficulty in swallowing, i also experience pressure on the back when deep breathing while lying, I also experience that i have something in my throat or that i am going to burp but sometimes cannot, what is this? I dont feel pain in the abdomen just the bothersome feeeling of distention in the upper part, i dont feel cramps, i dont have diarrhea or not constipated, i tried to relieve the feeling of obstruction by vomiting but no effect please help

there are many types and subtypes of glaucoma the open angle and the one which is narrowed or blocked angle glaucoma. There are many drugs used to manage these types of glaucoma. I have found out that adrenergic agonists(sympathomimetic) /alpha agonists are used to treat OPEN ANGLE glaucoma. My question is 1. why are these adrenergic agonists used in glaucoma when in fact they mimic the sympathetic response they cause pupillary dilation which increases intraocular pressure which is contraindicated in glaucoma, please explain how it can help in glaucoma if it causes pupil dilation? I have also found out that beta blockers(sympatholytic) suppress the sympathetic response causing pupil constriction decreasing intraocular pressure which helps in glaucoma. Cholinergic drugs/parasympatholytic mimic parasympathe response also helps by pupil constriction. and for open +narrow glaucoma 2. is my understanding correct? which drugs are used for which type? 3.why are benzodizepines not for glaucoma
