  • How does the Chevy Buy back program work?

    I have an electrical warranty problem and chevy is unable to fix the problem. It has been about 3 weeks and the dealer mentioned a buy back program, but I don't know how that works. It seems to me that the consumer probably ends up with a newer car and higher payments which is not my desire, but I need a car that runs. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
