Is it recomended or not or will it ruin the sofa if I do?

I have an area of 25 x 25 feet with a 12 x 8 foot pond in the fore ground.I want a tree as a focal point behind the pond.I prefer a rounded tree that I can walk under as it matures.I live in zone 5 Chicago area.Also wish not to completely shade the area.No willows or anything that will shoot roots in my neighbors yard.Any ideas would be greately appreciated .

we moved my filter into the garage about 12 feet away from pool and this year were having a hard time keeping algae down,someone said this could be the problem.does anyone know for sure?thanks.

I have 5000 songs in my itunes and the nano only holds 2 gig.How can i uncheck all songs and just check the ones i want to put in my nano?Right now on auto update and it just goes down the list and fills it up, but i want to choose my own without having to uncheck each song one at a time as it would take forever!

My son plays and chats with his "crew" as often as we let him.

Its becoming a problem.Hes an honor student but lately the game is more important than anything.he doesnt go out as much.We want to limit him and im wondering what you think is a fair amount of time to play xbox live on school nights and weekends?I would say he plays about 2-3 hours during week and 6 hours on weekend per day!

My sons addicted to xbox live and insists on turning off the other computers in the house cuz he says it slows his game down if were all online or downloading.I have dsl router hooked up to 3 computers and his xbox.does it really slow the game down or is he Bs ing me?Ive threatened to cut his wiring to the game if i catch him shutting down my computers But I need the facts before i do something like that.
