I have lung cancer. I can no longer do Auto Body Work because it is too strenuous but I am still able to work in other jobs. Such as a cashier or Sales person. I have been doing this for 35 years and really do not have any other skills. I need to be retrained.

I put zero but that was the wrong answer and I don't understand why.

I have been checking into Debt Settlement and I do not feel to safe going with the companies I have found on the internet. This group gives you the information to do it yourself. Just wondering if anyone found this to be helpful.

Thank you to all of you who answered my question. The disagreement I was having with my husband was whether or not we should cancel the appointment. I felt we should. He felt we shouldn't. I believe after the strong answers we got back he is in agreement with me. I believe that I am going to tell him he may get is license after he gets help. If he goes to therapy and paticipates in counciling and stops drinking all together I will take the advice of his threpist as to when he feels he is ready. I also with look for other signs that he has started to take a responsible attitude towards his future and his life. I hope this is the right choice. And yes I am asking your oppion of my way of dealing with the situation.

Three nights ago we told our 16 year old son that he could get his license only if he quit drinking. After a long converstation he promised he would quit drinking. Two nights later he came home drunk. His appointment is march 13th. Should we still let him get his license?

I have a 16 year old son who is drinking and has anger management problems. He recently was caught shoplifting. I'm not sure if this was the first time but I kind of doubt it. I was just told about a program run through the courts called chins Children in need of services. I am wondering if anybody has had exerience with their child in this program and if it had any redeeming effects. I'm at a lost as to what to do. His grades are getting better at the same time his behavior is getting more out of control.

what do you do with a sixteen year old who drinks. Probably every weekend. Not falling down drunk, unless he's really good at hiding it. It seems he only has a little. Most of the times it's not that evident, it's more instinct that proof. Though he does admit he drinks. He says "I've worked hard at school all week, I deserve a few on weekends" That rationalization has a ring of an alcholic.Is there any steps to stop this. Driving license is just around the conor. Alcohlics on both sides of the familys, much afraid this is the path he is heading for. His answer is he has it under control and will never become an alcohlic becase it is a choise not an addiction.

I deliver brochures for non profit organizations. I am looking for the best places in each town in MA to deliver these brochures. Centers like Malden and Medford are best. But not all towns have centers or Downtowns so those towns I need to know where the location is for the most concentrated area of stores. We put out around 5400 boxes per delivery and need to get them out as fast as possible. So knowing locations ahead of time make it a much faster process. So any information you have about your hometown or surrounding area would be fantastic. Thanks

Does anyone know of a long term residential drug abuse program in MA. Affordable or that will take mass health. My 43 year old brother in law is finally ready to make a long term commitment but we can't find any place he can afford to go to.

my son 16 wants to go to a concert there and I have know Idea what the place is like. Am I crazy to let him go, or is it an okay place?

Besides getting the shop, how would you get your inventory? What would be the starting point? How much financing would you need?
