I want to buy a lg esteem but I really am not interested in upgrading to a 4g plan. Is it necessary in order to use my 4 phone?

There wasn't much damage just a bit of trading paint and I want to know how I would be able to get rid of the other paint on my own.

Which one would you recommend and also would I have to get a 4g LTE plan in order to use these phones or could I use them with the regular plan I have?

I wanted to get an Iphone 4 but after researching the results I have found that there is no mms or internet access and also that you are more likely to not have service in many areas opposed to using a regular Metro phone. So I want to know if there are other smart phones that are really good but can also be flashed to use Metro PCS that will allow me to use internet and receive picture messages with the ability to text and call others out of state.

I have been working on my homework all night and I am stuck on three problems, these two are giving me a really hard time. I wish to understand how they are solved so I can solve similiar problems on the practice sheet. So here they are, please explain the process.

I have no idea on how to even start these problems.

so the questions is:

the number of gallons of ethanol produced in the U.S. can be estimated by E(t)=0.18(1.137)^t

where E(t) is the annual production, in the billions of gallons, "t" years after 1980

a) in what year did the U,S, produce 5 billion gal of ethanol?

b) In what year will the U.S. produce 25 billion gal of ethanol?

What the example in the book said to do is substitue 5 billion with E(t) so the equation would look like this:

5,000,000,000= .18(1.137)^t

is that correct? I did the math and I ended up with 187.5 which would mean that the U.S. reached 5 billion in the year 2167 (187.5 years+ 1980) which is obviously not correct, how do i tackle this questions?

y<12-3x (right?)

Now I dont understand how I can plot anything that resembles y<3x+12 or anything of that sort. Teach me how to math! (Yup I understand math is not verb)

3x+4y<12. I understand how to graph it once it is solved but how would I be able to solve this?

The problem was 2x-1>5 and 2-3x>11

And I proceeded to do this.

2x>6 -3x>9

x>3 and x<-3

so

{x|x>3} Disjoint {x|x<-3}

3x-y-4z=3

so then I turn it into a matrix right?

so

now then I am getting confused once I get to

1 2 -3|9

0 -5 8|-26

0 -7 9|-24

Am I allowed to add to any row, because if so it would make it easy but I doubt I can. so how do I continue after this? from my understanding I am only allowed to interchange any two rows, multiply all elements of a row by a non zero constant and replace a row with the sum of that row and a multiple of another row. So honestly I do not under stand how I can multiply two with a non zero constant to be able to cancel out one of the numbers.Or am I wrong on so far what I have? Please help.

Ok thanks to this community I have been able to almost master this. But I am stumped. This is the last question for my homework and I honestly do not understand what I am doing wrong. I keep getting no solution for this because I end up getting y=1-z and then I plug it in but after that I keep getting 0=0 (yeah I don't think I am doing good in math). Please help I want to master this as soon as I can so I wont fall behind!

I keep getting for my attempt if eliminating "z" x+y=0

Does this not have a solution?
