i have a 3-year-old son. i was thinking to register him in kindergarten (pre-school) next year. but, my parents said it is too early for him to go to school. I'm afraid that my son doesn't know how to socialize with peers when he starts schooling at 7 yrs old.

people say that too much coffee will make u exhausted, i reduced it to 2 cups a day. then, with enough sleep (6-7hours) and go to the gym 3 times a week, weekends i go swimming with my children. i work 9-5 and 2 times a week i go to my masters class 6-9pm . so, my life is full with activities, but i still feel tired as if not enough rest. whats wrong with me?

sometimes i heard people say, "i am always tired". then, some people just use "i always meet her". i know when to use it but how to explain why we use AM, and why not. please help me with the rules.
