A little background: I'm 21, getting my B.A. in Psychology and Spanish and I plan on deferring grad school for a year. I have loans to repay back soon. I'm currently working as a youth counselor with at risk children. I'm also a single mom. I absolutely hate the town I live in, my job doesn't pays me enough to live off. Which branch of military would offer a decent wage, pay back my student loans, allow me to go to grad school in a year, and place me in one of their bases in this country like Boston? ?

I received two suspicious emails that had the bank of america logos and everything. If I wasn't so careful, I wouldn't of caught it. But... one of them came from boa@gmail.com and the other email sent me to a link at mypokercommunity.com/boa which had the bank of america sign on screen. Luckily I caught it and called BOA. How do I report this scam? and how to prevent other people from falling into that trick?

I have never had a problem with mice or roaches, but I just spotted a mouse. (eeek) I do keep food outside & in the pantry like bread, fruit, but that never brought any problems. What could of attracted those lil rodents to my house....and whats the next step???

Some people travel all the way from south & central america crossing many borders & paying thousands to get to the US & do you think a fence is going to convince them to turn around??? IMO go back to the drawing board.

I am 20 yrs old and I only use make-up on special occasions or when going out. I am really clueless when it comes to make-up. I only use Mascara, eye-liner, powder, and a bit of lip gloss when I go out. I don't use make-up on a daily basis however I have mild acne & some acne scaring. Can somebody point me to some tips on getting a natural look. Just concealing the acne scars & give my skin an even tone. It will be helpful if you give me advice on which products to use. (i.e. Bare Minerals, MAC)

So here's the 411, I'm 20 years young & I live in a college dorm for most of the time. I decided not to work during school so I could get good grades but now I find out that I'm pregnant & alone. I put myself out there to get a job now, but nobody wants to hire a pregnant woman & nobody is going to give me an apartment without a job. I have credit card bills (not mine, long story), & have to pay up $500 for my tuition bill. I am so overwhelmed, & sooo depressed because I don't know what else I could do. I do not want to get on welfare but I had to get medicaid. I'm registered to take 3 courses for the spring semester of my Junior year. Can somebody please point me in the right direction, because I really feel lost. (By the way, I'm not counting on family)

I'm just curious, I guess there seems to be no shortage. I'm a minority, I thought there would be a higher demand??? Any body knows how this works?

I'm not a regular amazon shopper, whats going on? I used standard shipping.

The amazon website says the following:

I only received an email with payment confirmation, the shipping method is not listed, or tracking numbers. Under my account "track recent orders" no further information is given but name of books, order number, and shipping estimate Nov. 6-7

I need these books for class, am I to sit like a sitting duck here?

Bush give it up, Iraq was a mistake. You failed in catching the man responsible for 911. Our tax payer $$ should be invested in THIS country & not in the never ending mission to restore peace amongst the shiites and the sunnis. That is THERE war, not OURS!!!!

I need it for school, to print out numerous reading packets, haven't even printed out 50 pages, and the black cartridge is almost out???? With my old dell all in one, I used to buy ink 2x a year. Do I have a chance of returning it, even though I used it?

I'm truly lonely and miserable with my life as a whole.

Most of the kids who shoot up school are social outcasts. Like the kids from Columbine and Virginia Tech. What if you teachers could tackle this problem from the beginning. Early childhood teachers could be trained to socialize children so that no one gets left out, and teach children its unacceptable to tease. During middle and high school, kids form cliques and are pretty mean to social outkasts. From my experience, teachers spent more time disciplining children than rewarding good behavior. Do you think this could be an effective system in preventing later school shootings or conduct disorders? Do you have any other suggestions?

Sometimes, there are people who just come here to insult other people. If you go to there profile and see their past answers, and its the same thing. How about Y! answers ban those people (email addresses) after being reported a couple of times?

Tengo el pelo rizo, pues hace casi 18 meses atras mi estilista me recomendio que me dierra un derrizado para que dure mas el pelo estirado en la humedad, pues accepte, y ahora casi 2 anos despues se me salio el derrizado pero ahora mis rizos no se rizan como antes. Se caen tiezos, sin vida y sin brillo y ya no quiero ni dejarmelo rizo. Gasto una fortuna en productos para el pelo, pero nada me repara lo danado.

Como conseguir que mi pelo obtenga el rizo natural otra vez?

Everyday I feel tremendous amount of guilt for the children that are being abused, people that are being murdered, for the injustice, for the suffering of the others.

Why do I feel so much guilt? Because I feel hopeless in which

I can't do much, I can't mend the lives of millions of children, stop the genocide in Sudan or end the war in Iraq. I can't bring back the lives of the soliders, I can't cure the cancers that many people and children are battling but I could do one thing and thats challenge the way people think.

We have become so desentized to deaths that people's lives have lost their values.Thousands of children are suffering from Leukemia, many children will die of child abuse, the death toll in Iraq is around 3,000+, 400,000 have died in the conflict in Sudan. So what?

Think above these numbers. We should be more compassionate towards one another and put the value back into people's lives.

My question is, how much do you value another persons life?
