  • Can Data Be Directly Downloaded From A Kyocera S2100 Luna?

I want to download photos and such from my Kyocera S2100 Luna phone to my PC. I have done quite a bit of research and have just found myself going in circles. One company says it has data transfer cables that allow that. I have a cable. But all it seems to do is allow the phone to charge from the computer USB port.

Has anyone actually found a way to download images from this phone or is it impossible?

  • What Is The Best Starting Fluid?

Now that it's getting very cold, the issue of starting fluid arises. Most seem to work OK in the Summer. But, when the weather gets cold and a tractor is really tough to start. Many brands don't seem to work very well. It's like they are diluted.

What brands of starting fluid perform the best? Maybe the better ones have more ether in them or something. But, I need something that works better than the cheap store brand. Thanks

  • If an officer sees you walking awy from a vehicle, but not in it. Can he charge you?

An unruly friend of mine was cited Sunday for driving under suspension. He says the officer could not have seen him in the vehicle because he had stopped and was walking away from it the officer pulled up. I said to him, "It's your vehicle. There was no one else around. You were walking away from it in an area where you don't even live. Plus, the engine and probably your seat was still warm. It may all be circumstantial evidence. But, it pretty much adds up that you were driving it."

He thinks he can beat the charge. But, I don't think so. What do you think?

  • Should attendance and graduation from High School be made mandatory by law?

If a law were passed that required everyone to finish their High School education no matter how long it took unless they had a legitimate disability, would it help reduce joblessness and crime in your community?

  • What Should I Do About Car Title Fraud?

I have a legal contract with someone to pay me back for a car I bought for them. I don't have a lien on the title, but the contract spells out clearly that the car is collateral. They haven't paid me back yet. I just found out that the person took out a title loan on the car and has defaulted on it. I need to keep them from taking the car. What should I do? Who should I contact?

  • Did He Break The Law?

A "friend" comes to you and says he has an emergency. He says his vehicle is broke down and needs eighty dollars cash to fix it so he can go to work. He says if he misses work, he will lose his job. He states that he will pay you back that evening. After loaning him the money, you find out there was no emergency and you suspect he used the money to buy heroin and he did not pay back the money. His actions appear to be deliberate and he knew he he wouldn't be paying it back.

Buying Heroin is clearly illegal. Beyond that, did he break the law by lying to me to get the money that he never intended to pay back?

  • Is he a "Friend" and how can make him quit leeching from me?

I met this friend a year and half ago while he was picking a scrap metal to pay to keep from losing his truck. He seemed like a nice person in a desperate situation. He was laid of from his job and out of money. He pretty much begged me for metal scrap and offered to do work for me for money. I was sympathetic to his situation and paid him to do some work. When there wasn't anything else to do he asked to borrow money to keep his utilities on. It would be a very long story to explain it all. But, this is what has come to. This "friend" may have misrepresented what he needed money for. He has a very slick way of working me for money for one crisis or another, at times being down right aggressive about it and even stalking me to beg for money. I have told him no repeatedly and he won't quit. He behaves like one those aggressive panhandlers whom you sometimes meet on the street who act entitled to a handout.

He has borrowed a lot of money from me and swears up and down he is going to start paying me back when he gets his first paycheck from his new job. But, he has lied to me before. I don't mind my friends coming to visit, but I want him to stop showing up to manipulate me for money and stop bothering me when I am out at the store. If he actually starts paying me back, it would be great. What can I do to get him to face his responsibilities? I am tired of his behavior.

  • How to tell my friend he is being selfish and irresponsible.?

My friend is a grown man in his early thirties. He has lived his life very irresponsibly and has 4 kids and two divorces to show for it. He is caring for his 3 teenage girls full time and his young son on the weekends. But, he still wants to behave like a teenager, hang out and mate up when he can. He has two part time jobs and doesn't bring in much money. He owes all sorts of bills including a fine that could land him in prison. I have bailed him out of different problems like having his utilities such off or running out of gas. But, he still spends money recklessly, usually on himself.

He likes to go to a bar and spend twenty bucks drinking. I just bought him a new tire for his car so he could work and the next day he spends five bucks on breakfast. He has a court fine that must be paid in just a few days. When he gets some money, like a tax refund, he blows it almost immediately. He puts no money away for emergencies. People keep bailing him out all of the times, but he still won't get his priorities straight.

What bothers me most is the way he treats his kids. He will buy alcohol when his kids clearly need clothes. He blames the schools for his kids getting into trouble, but he will leave his three girls alone at home, at night, in a bad neighborhood so he can walk down to the bar for a couple of hours. A couple of weeks ago, he nearly got a DUI citation and probably deservingly so. He would have lost his job and he would have to go to jail and leave his kids alone. When I mention that he has a greater responsibility to his family and shouldn't jepordize the welfare of his kids, he just blows it off.

I recently found some very dangerous electrical problems with his rental house and even arranged for a building inspector to confirm it. He was supposed to send his landlord a letter requesting repairs. It's been a week and he hasn't done it. But, he and his kids are living in a fire trap. He just blows it off.

My friend is nice guy. But he frustrates me to no end and I just want to kick his butt and tell him to grow up before a terrible tragedy occurs. I just don't know how to get through to him. What should I do?

  • What Happened To The Inflatable Electric Car?

In 1998 a company called XP said it was designing an inflatable electric car that was light weight and very safe. It was also much less expensive than a regular car. They even proposed some designs and were nearly ready to build a prototype. Then, it seemed to disappear. It was an excellent concept. I wonder what happened to it.

  • Who can help the disabled find tax deductions?

People who are disabled often must live on limited incomes. There may be ways they can reduce their income tax obligations so they can afford heating fuel. But, they don't know where to go to get good advice on doing their income tax deductions. Tax preparers are often too expensive and may not be knowledgable enough regarding the disabled. Any ideas?
