I have fmla because my son gets very sick very often, so this year I used a lot of fmla before I knew it my fmla was gone and I went over my alloted time so my job placed me on a final ( the last step before termination). Three months later I opened another case for fmla, and returned back to work two days after I reopened my fmla case. Only to be fired for being late back in September ( a time period that was suppose to be included in my final...im upset because I think I was fired because I reopened another case for fmla, but im not sure do you think I have a case against them?

I had a ct scan a week ago for a headache and when i got home and read about it i noticed that alot of people meantioned something about a dye needing to used to show a accurate picture however when i had my ct scan there wasnt any dye involved. Could that mean that my cat scan was less accurate or are there ways to still tell without the dye. Not to mention everyonce in a while I still get these headaches thatstarted the begining of December

Me and my famly recently lost our place and we have no luck in finding another mainly because my mom filed bankruptcy prior to us losing our home. So now the holidays are approaching and I would hate to spend it in the basement of my grandmother's house me and my mother both make a nice amount of money between the two of us but no one really trusts her credit and my short time on the job. At my job we have a point system where we get seven points a month (four for a absence and three for being tardy) At the time I took my son to the emergency room I didn't have any points left so I came to work with proper documentation and she in turn told me that I no longer had a job at CTU due to my absence.
