Should he go to the hospital or will it come out on its own? He keeps getting shooting pain in his foot? PLEASE HELP!!!

My 3 year old has had boils for almost 2 years now. I have taken her to the doctor and they haven't done anything but give her some cream. And they keep coming back. Is their anyway to actually get rid of them for good. I know that this isn't a normal thing to have, and I feel so bad when she gets them! Is there something more to them than just being a boil. Could it be caused from something else that is wrong?

My ex husband was abusive and we have a child together, so because of that reason I have tried to stay civil with him. He recently went to Korea and asked that his girlfriend soon to be wife visit with my daughter. I agreed and have started talking to her. She is very nice and I am starting to feel bad because I dont want the same thing to happen to her. Maybe he will be different with her. Should I tell her he was abusive with me or should I leave it alone? I dont want to ruin the relationship they have or will have because of this. And I cant tell every girl he gets with! Help? I am very confused!
