what type of fluid do I add to my 1994, rear wheel drive pick up's transmission?
I had to take the drive shaft out to tow it and most of the fluid drained out of the tranny. What sort of fluid do I add to make it drivable again?

1 AnswerFantasy Sports1 decade agoMaking outside corners rounded on a drywall application instead of square?
Instead of having square, 90 degree outside corners on my finished drywall, you know, with outside corner beads, I'd like to try and have the corners rounded. Does anyone know of a technique for doing this that won't be too time and money consuming? I'm not talking about having an archway, I mean that I'd like to have the vertical corners be rounded. I'll have both 4 and 1/2 inch thick walls as well as 6 and 1/2 inch walls.

1 AnswerOther - Europe1 decade agoWhy does the yolk of a hard-boiled egg always migrate to the round, fat end of the egg?
I just boiled three chicken eggs, and I noticed that the yolks all ended up being at the fatter end of the eggs; you know, with a lot of white at the pointier ends. That means that they migrated left to right (or right to left) and not up to down (or down to up) because the eggs stayed on their sides during the entire boiling process. Any ideas?
4 AnswersPhysics1 decade agoI want to copy music from Windows Media Player to an F: drive. But the WMP doesn't recognize it. What to do?
It used to work, but then one day the E: drive all of a sudden became an F: drive. I don't know a lot about computers, but I know that I used to be able to copy from the WMP to my external hard drive all the time. Now I can't Any ideas?
3 AnswersOther - Computers1 decade agoWhy can't I copy music from my WMP to my external hard drive anymore?
There used to be this 'edit' option where I could drag the CDs over and they'd copy. Now that's gone and I don't know what to do.

I don't care as long as it's mass transit and it runs on Saturdays. Thank you in advance.
3 AnswersBerlin1 decade agoWhat can I do about the pain I have associated w/ a broken foot from 7 years ago?
I was working on a construction site and the ladder I was standing on kicked out and I fell about two metres (almost 7 feet) onto frozen ground. The result was that I broke my right foot at the ball. I never went to the hospital and I went back to work the next day. Anyway, now seven years later, it is difficult to walk for too long a distance and eventually my leg and my hip begins to hurt. Am I looking at having it re-broken? Additional padding in my boot seems to help. Any thoughts? Wait!!! I know I'm stupid for never having it tended to in the first place, but I don't need castigation (no pun intended).
5 AnswersInjuries1 decade agoCan anyone tell me the significance of Constantin Brancusi?
I was in Paris the other day and went to his atelier next to the Pompidou Centre. While I really enjoyed it, I wonder how he influenced later sculptors.
2 AnswersSculpture1 decade agofollow up to Trojan/win32 question?
As the Spy-Bot was searching and destroying, I got an unsolicited request to upgrade my Firefox protection with Firefox 2.0.0.2. I've become paranoid about almost everything I see popping up on my screen. So is this one I can install?
7 AnswersSecurity1 decade agoThis is about Trojan/win32?
I know I have to remove it because it's a nasty bugger and all that. But I can't get rid of it until Monday, and this is Saturday. Does anyone think I'm doing any damage to my computer by waiting? Also, can I check on my bank accounts with this thing sitting there?
6 AnswersSecurity1 decade agoI saw a bird with what I think was the head of a pigeon and the body of a crow. Can they cross-breed?
I'm living in the Czech Republic at the moment and I saw a black bodied bird with the body shape of a crow, and the unmistakable head (I saw it in profile) of a pigeon. It was no further than ten feet from me when I saw it. There were a number of crows around it as they were doing their hunting and gathering thing. You know, a bird up on a high perch and the others doing the gathering. I simply don't know if this sort of thing is even possible, but I'm pretty sure of what I saw. Can anyone help?
2 AnswersZoology1 decade agoWhich is better: bagged concrete or mixing it in a concrete mixer on the job site?
The site is inaccesible to concrete trucks and wheelbarrowing is out as well. So which is stronger, bags or mixing it on site? I'm building a foundation (footers, actually) for a two story house. I'll put cinder blocks on top of it later. Mostly, I'm worried about strength.
