How Can I Permanently Encrypt a File?
I am looking for a solution where:
1. I can encrypt a file and it will stay encrypted on any computer even after the user enters the password.
2. The people I send it to will have the password to decrypt, but wouldn't need to have the same encryption software to open/decrypt the file.
For example:
The software encryptonclick will encrypt the file, but when the user enters the password, the file becomes decrypted allowing access by anybody.
The software axcrypt will encrypt the file and when you double-click the file and enter the password, the files opens. When you close the file, it is still encrypted, requiring the password each time the user wants to open the file. The problem with axcrypt, is that you need to have axcrypt installed in order to open/decrypt the file. So anyone I send the file to would need to install the software.
Is there an encryption solution which creates a self-contained encrypted, password protected file (software independent like an exe file) which remains encrypted after opening/decrypting?
Thanks for your help!

Can someone please help me translate two things from English to Czech?
I took a photo while I was in Prague (I enjoyed Praha very much) and I would like to title it in Czech.
I would like to translate "chairs" and "red chairs."
Online translation websites gave me about 10 different words for chairs and I'm not sure which is the right one to use.
A photo of the chairs can be seen at:

4 AnswersLanguages1 decade agoFreeware countdown timer that counts down to zero then continues to count up?
I already have searched many different sites, sifted through hundreds of pages, and have downloaded and tried a number of different timers and none of them do what I need them to do.
So, I am looking for someone to recommend a specific timer rather than suggest places or sites to look.
The problem is that the descriptions on the freeware sites are often vague... they will say the timer can cout down or up (as separate functions), but none specifically highlight the #1 feature that I am looking for.
What I am looking for is a free, downloadable countdown timer with two specific features:
1. The timer has to count down to zero then CONTINUE to count up.
2. The timer needs to be resizable.
Any recommendations of a specific timer (and where I can download it) would be appreciated.
Thanks!
2 AnswersOther - Computers1 decade agoCan someone help me with info on horse tranquilizers?
I am an actor researching a role as a veterinarian.
Can someone please tell me how horse tranquilizers are administered?
Shot or pill?
If as a pill, how many mgs? What size is the pill? What color?
How big is it? (Is there any common, everyday food or candy that could look like it?)
How is it packaged? In a bottle (brown?) with other pills? Or is it blister sealed like common cold medicines?
Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

It used to be there, but it just disappeared. Please be specific with your answer, as I know many of you brilliant tech people tend to speak at a very high level. Thanks for your help!
