  • Is it possible for a democrat to be elected without cheating?

I am convinced that if Obama wins it will be because of the massive voter fraud on the part of Acorn, democratic bureaucrats(like Ohio's secretary of state) and the liberal smear and intimidation machine. In fact, I am certain that ANY democrat in office or "elected" to office benefited from fraud and cheating to get there.

I am curious to see how many people see through the liberal lies and agree with this.

  • Legal "silence as acceptance" question...?

My city-run Utility company recently(4-5 months ago) sent out a flyer announcing their new "round up" program. They will round YOUR utility bill up to the next dollar and use the money generated to pay the utility bills of the "needy". If you do not want to participate you are required to fill the back of the flyer out and bring it to the office.

For now I won't go into the issue of who determines need or the great likelyhood that greedy scum will abuse the program, and go right to the ethical and legal problem I have with the method of collecting.

This program is set up to default to taking your money. I have already met someone who, several months into the program, just noticed that they were "donating". They, like many others removed their bill and tossed the "junk" in the envelope in the trash. I think this falls under "silence as acceptance" and is not only unethical but illegal. I am curious as to the possibility of bringing a class action against the city.

  • I am starting classes towards becoming an IT professional, any advice?

I just finished my first quarter at my local Tech College in networking. I hope to start a career in the IT field. At present I have a nebulous plan to become a network administrator or system analyst or something like that. I think i want to go CISCO but I am not sure if it is the better choice or if Microsoft would be wiser.

I am in an Associates degree program, well actually pursuing two associates(the other in Management). I would appreciate any advice or pointers I can get. Specifically about career paths(networking, security, project management, etc.), and vendor disciplines (Microsoft, Cisco, vendor neutral). Also about OS's. I know nothing at all about linux as yet.

  • what online stock traders allow you to buy partial shares, with no minumiun account balance?

I am looking to start investing in the stock market, but my initial investment will be small(in the $25-$50/ month max range) with a $100 opener. I have set up an account with sharebuilder but before i transfer any funds I would like to see what else is out there. Any suggestions?
