I just received a best answer to a question that was 4 years old

Less than 2 months ago I spent $4000.00 on a new upper denture.My lower teeth have worn a hole in the denture because it doesn't fit properly.I went in for 2 alignments and the dentist did not say anything about my bite being off or that I may have problems with it for the rest of my life.He assured me it would all be fine and good, once my gums healed.He wanted to charge me $420.00 to fix the hole.I went to another dentist who fixed it for $75.00.He is the one who told me my denture will never fit properly due to the bite being off.He also said the hole would reappear.He didn't know how long the repair would last.I ate 1 hamburger and it cracked.Can I sue the original dentist for shoddy work and failure to inform me it was an improper fit ,and that there was no warranty.There were several other hidden charges that also showed up upon my revisiting the office.Can I do anything to get my money back or my teeth fixed.The original dentists office says it will cost me the set of new dentures to get them fixed.I feel used and abused by a so called professional office.

On the 24th of February I had my upper teeth pulled and was fitted for an immediate upper denture.On April 15th A hole wore through the plate itself.The dentists office wanted to charge me $420.00 to do the repair.I feel it should be covered as the denture isn't even 2 months old.I went to another dentist and he told me the denture does not fit my mouth and the bite is off. It will never fit right and the hole will reappear.(He repaired the hole.)What are my chances of a lawyer taking this case and me winning if I sue the dentist office.I was also mislead about charges and additional fees.

Also does anyone know why this question would be removed when I asked it before?

I have a 1996 LHS.The oil light has been coming on when the car gets below 600 RPM's.The oil level is fine and I've put 5/30 in the engine trying to lighten it.It has been very cold and the car only does this when it is warm.Any ideas as to why?The oil pressure has been checked and is normal.No bad valves or gaskets.

He is 14 years old and has developed arthritis.He is a Collie and Weschester Corgi mix.I know weird combination but I love him.He weighs 84 lbs.The vet gave me some medication but it costs $114.00 for 20 pills.I just can't afford it.He said I could give him aspirin but didn't say how much.I know not to give him acetaminophen or ibuprofen as it will shut down his liver and kidneys.

With the outbreaks we had last year and the flu shot completely missing the virus that did hit, Is it worth it to spend the $25 and get the shot this year? Whats your opinion?

My Spy ware has blocked it now my virus protection wont scan my computer .Does this have anything to do with it?

It really annoys me that they can be so nieve to believe they can have sex and not get pregnant.Why don't they wait until they are mature enough to know the risks before they have sex?

This is my 4th tat and never before has one gotten heat in it like this one.I got it less than 24 hours ago and it is hot to the touch.Am I having an alergic reaction to the ink?I don't know what to think . I don't hold white it blisters out. This tat is mostly black with a touch of green.Any Ideas? It is a cover up for one that was a really bad job.The first one in the same spot healed fine,no fever.It has been a year so it's not to soon to cover it.

It is the same as it was before I started my period 40 years ago.Thick white and flakey when it dries.I do not have a yeast infection or any STD. I've had yeast infections several times in my lifetime and this is not one.Has any other woman going through peri or menopause experianced this?

The CD that came with the printer won't install the uninstall file. I've tried reloading it and all that comes up is the original file and it is corupted.

I can cut when I forward , but I can not change my font use colors or paste.I also can't align my out going mail.How do I correct this little flaw?
