I was taught that if you are writing a business letter to a married couple that the proper way to address it is, for example, "Mr. & Mrs. Joe Smith", using the husband's first name only. I have also been trained that even widows will continue to use the husband's name when the prefix "Mrs." is attached. It is important I get an expert's answer on this. Later on in the document there is another statement "...this last Republican controlled Congress did not..." Again, should congress be capitalized? I have called the library, too... I stopped using Depo Provera for birth control and after better than 3 years of having no periods at all, I am now on 20 days straight of menstrual bleeding. Can anyone advise me of an herbal or homeopathic remedy to get the bleeding to stop?

I stopped using Depo Provera for birth control nine months ago. I had very light, to no periods while I used it, which was for about 3 years. My last shot was November 05...I am just now having my first cycle since then. The problem is, I have now been bleeding for 18 days straight and sometimes very heavily. Is there anything I can do to curtail the bleeding and get back to a more normal cycle?

I am going on a brief cruise in 10 days and have lost my driver's licence. I will need an official photo ID (along with my birth certificate) to travel. I do not have a passport. Is there another legitimate photo ID I can replace it with while a new licecens is being applied for?

It was bound to happen; I responded to one of those "oh why oh why did she leave me what can I do sob sob" whole page questions with the slightly sarcastic response of "oh waaaa...boring" and reported for violation.
