Can a physician ask their patients to change insurance companies reason being they may not be with that insurance company any longer and hope to have all patients changed to another insurance company that they can bill to

my employer says to claim nothing for w4 he does not want to withhold the federal taxes for any of the employees that work for him. Is this legal? I thought it was law for them for follow what the w4 states and withhold accordingly or is this optional? It seems to me it should not be optional if we want them to follow what the w4 says then why have a w4 at all?. I want to know if it is law to withhold from paycheck and follow what the w4 has on it. Or can they just say ah its your problem to pay taxes anyway so I won't withhold anything from your pay. Is it law?

Like billing people we need to just double what medicaid pays and use that?

I think that like a camelon, why would it know how to change color it has to be thinking about it to do it and that means it has over years learned how to turn its genes on to use it to its best abilities. The mind is the answer then NO? some one please answer me if I am on the right road I have always wondered why any animal is able to well blend in to its background. I have a saturn 1996 sohc 1.9 l motor the water pump is on the side where the bands are. My question is it seems to be that I have looked online and see both ways of getting at it top moving the a/c compressor and through the wheel well below. Can any one tell me what is the best way to do it...

I have a pair of slacks a friend wants to know what is the stitch that was used to hem. Its not the normal blind hem its got loops on the inside and just the dots like blind hem would do Is this a special sewing machine and can I get one for approx 140 $ that can do this other stitch without doing any pressing is what it looks like I have picture and will send it to you for a better look. but it seems to be only one pass front looks like dot dot dot nice and the back side looks like little loops she also used clear nylon thread so is diff to see. is this a special hem machine maybe that was used. any information will be appreciated

it is progressively getting harder to make the starter turn the car over. It was first only once then now if i turn it off and try to restart right away it wont start for over 1/2 hour or so and now in the am it is taking several trys to even get it to turn over it just click click and then it goes but i am just wondering what is the mechanics that make it do this when hot not to start and cold it does better . I know i need to get a new one which i will do thursday when i get paid. but see i am the type of girl need to know why too...lol thanks for the help

my friend has a pc petheticly slow is 128 ram not enough for this pc to run it was a fairly new pc in 2003 and he really never used it much but it runs so slow why would this be to little ram or it has a virus or what he doesnt have it on the internet any longer but even to start up the pc it take 10 minutes to load all and still when done it loads so slow any program like window media players 3 or so minutes

what could it be should i defrag it for him or what...it a presario 1998 mhz

on a chevy tahoe 1996 they say i need a fuel intake kit 300.oo dollares for it...what does it do and does it have one now and it just needs a new one or do they add it on to my vehicle..?

I found a similar pic on this url but most likely not the exact for my model but does have the three tubes at the top like the one that is on the tahoe. on this tahoe I see that the middle tube has not tube connected to it. is it suppose to be that way. also see that it is leaking around the right connection to the tube inflow port thingy, it seems not to be clamped on correctly and dribbles around when start the car. good thing its not the tank thought it was crack or something come to find its a plastic tank with a metal cover....leave my punctuation alone pc its talking to me...so any ways i have looked and now just pooped trying to see why this thing has a 3 tubes and only 2 hooked to any thing is it a air thingy but would think it would need a small filter at the end at least or is it finally the tube for any extra tank someone would want to connect...just need to figure out why need to know why..and I am sure there is some smart guy out there that can tell me all about it ...its him i search for...any ways. I always want to know why and learn in the end by asking why....any ways at least we wont have to buy a new tank just dropping it is enough cost...i decided to get a man to do it but he not real sure why this damn pump has 3 tube either...ya ya give it to me guys.. show me ...peace to all that reply...thanks...

i got under there and it looks straight forward just disconnect things...the fuel lines run upside the tank and I think I could do it if any one has any tricks to it please advise. take gas out first right and then leave it open a while. then try the loosing of bolts and such and then drop out and pull out ...I know I would have to put it up on ramp or something but I would like to try it my self . but just a bit hesitant if there are any special tools to use or any thing any information would be great. madmicjama wanna be mechanic...or at least date one...lol

we need a web site that just deals with recycling items that come off of items we use every day. I have some ideas but would need some more input. Such as a lid from any particular item you use alot....what could you make out of it if you collected many of them...or such as the plastic ring that you get out of buy a six pack of sodas they make things out of those as they are they don't remelt it....or like a bag out of the plastic bags without processing it any more...if any one knows of a site like this and I have searched the web....with some luck on a few items but would like to be able to put together more people with more ideas of making things from plastic items we discard every day ....any ideas appreciated...my best one is one i use everyday ...a half gallon plastic milk jug...cut hole in the side one side only and it should be big enough for your 2 fingers to stick thru and get a plastic bag and hold it from the bottom and stuff it in the jug till inserted to the jug and do again and again when you get plastic grocery bags and you can save them nice an neatly in a draw or cupboard....you could paint them..but I say why I hide mine next to my canned goods...

my question is how can they even let any person convicted of a felony be in the senate if you cant even vote if your a felon? I just dont get the morality of it...this needs to be changed there are some jobs that you cant even get if you have been convicted of any felony....think about it...there should be a law!!!!!!!

how many spark plugs would I have to take of to make the car not start. I know one time I had a car and the spark plug was out accidentally but it started but was rough idle...should I take off more than one.....the busted my windows last night and no money to fix right away. So that they don't steal it I will do this and use a bar on the steering wheel...at work....thanks in advance.

its in a box already approx 4 foot by 2 ft rectangle box 3 small round I would guess the speaker and one big round one about 12 inch in diameter is the subwoofer or could be visa verse. covered nicely with rug type material. Can some one give me a approx price I could sell if for my daughter had it in her tahoe but she got her radio stolen and the amp had burned up before that so she took it out....is there any way I could hook it up to my home radio so i could use it outside when i do the gardening yaaaaa thats it...there is only wires coming out so I guess it would need some type of power ?....any ideas would be appreciated
