I got a speeding ticket couple of months back in suburban philedelphia . I plead guilty and paid the 200$ fine. last week i got a ticket for doing 45 on a 35mph street. 135$ ticket and i intend to pay that too.

Today in mail i got a ticket from the same police department and on the CHARGE section it says RESTRAINT SYSTEMS and the date says that it was issued 3 days before i got my 2nd ticket.

My questions are:

1) Restraint systems means i wasnt wearing seat belts?

2) I always wear seat belts , right in the parking before i even shift the gears. So if this ticket is for not wearing seat belts what should i do?

3) My DL is from california , so do i accumulate points for all these violations?

Server admin guys said that the server has been placed in DMZ. So i setup SSL for our webapp and i can sucessfully access our webapp thru https from our intranet but i am not able to access it from outside our corporate network. I tried pinging with the fully qualified domain name but the request is timing out.

I am gonna ask our server guys to make sure the server is in DMZ and 443 port is pointing to that server. Other than these 2 things shuld i be asking them anything else?
