Who is more of a freak: a morbidly obese person or a bodybuilder on steroids?
Leaving the moral/health issues aside and just going by what they LOOK like-- Who is more abnormal? And why do you think so? Which body would you rather live in?
I have detailed my thoughts on my blog:
I am NOT starting a flame war and I don't want any hateful responses against either bodybuilders or overweight people.
3 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoPhen-Pro: anyone tried it? Results? Addiction?
According to the phentermine.com site, the combination of Phenermine and Prozac works longer than Phentermine alone and also works better (for weight loss). I have not been able to determine if you still get addicted to the Phentermine with this cocktail. Has anyone tried this? Any real-life stories welcome.
. . .
Please DO NOT answer if you are going to push another type of weight loss drug, tell me I just need to eat right and exercise, or tell me diet pills kill.
10 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoFor overweight black women--how do you stay so confident and sexy?
I see overweight black women on TV and in real life who are just gorgeous, and they weigh a lot more than me. They wear clothes I wouldn't dare put on and they look beautiful. They are sexy and they know they're sexy. I'm jealous.
I want to know where you get that confidence? Have you just not been beaten down by the media into thinking fat=ugly? I want to learn how to feel that way about myself. Teach me! Give me advice!
I'm not trying to be a racist but very few white women have the quality I'm talking about so I'm directing this to where I see it happening.
2 AnswersOther - Health2 decades agochewing lemon peels enhances fat burning during exercise?
A woman I met at the gym told me if I chew on fresh lemon peel before working out, that I will go straight into fat burning. Usually the first 15-20 minutes is burning what you've eaten recently. Anyone heard of this?
