The symbolism and the haunting voice that calls for the preacher?

I especially want those that believe the law of trespassing, is black & white interpetation to please hear me out. My son had a life companion Oddie, a mixed breed pup. Oddie was shot and killed last Monday. The neighbor claimed that Oddie was attacking his horses. My son drove up just after it happened. The neighbor was in the process of moving his body. My son was in shock to say the least. He was excitable and was questioning this man about everything. The only responce was "I was within my rights and if you step over this fence I will shoot you too"! They both called the police. When they arrvied they only took the neighbors report. All they said to my son was he could be fined. Oddie was supervised as a rule, there was a delay this day. Those that believe like this man think about the end of my story. The man called the police again claiming my sons dogs were still chasing his horses. My son only had Oddie. It was never Oddie. If this can save one animal then there is justice.

Oddie would never hurt anyone or thing.They live in the country and unfortunately, my son's wife let Oddie out for a whiz and did not go out with him. The neighbor told him he was within his right to shot Oddie, he was attacking his horses. He taunted my son and told him to step over the fence and he would shot him too. This whole ordeal is excessive. There has to be some legal recourse that my son can take. This is just wrong on many levels. The police were called by both parties. All the police went to the neighbors house, they were friends of his. None of the police took a report from my son. They did inform him they could ticket him for letting his dog run loose and left. There has to be some justice! The lost of their pet is painful enough. Please help!

Life has me jumping threw hoops. I have till the 21st to get my sons wedding ready. His soon to be wife's family cannot help much for lots of good reasons. My husband found out today we are being transfered to another city, many, many miles away, they want him there by the 24th of July. We need to sell our home, so I will stay back and take care of the business at hand. We have lived here for 18 years, we will be leaving friends, family, our children and new grandbabies on the way and my Mother who is 80 years old. Is life picking on me or what? Please, can anyone cheer me up? The solutions will come but I need to laugh for now. Want you "Help Me"?

I asked this same question a few days ago, and the advise I received did not correct my problem.After I make changes on my Avatar and press "save changes", when I go back to my 360 at Yahoo, she is still the same, the new changes do not show up. It changes on my postcards and yahoo messenger, but not on my 360 or the Yahoo/Answers, "help", what is going on???

The changes show up on yahoo messenger and the postcard, but not on my 360. I have followed the instructions and nothing I have tried works. I have exhausted all the instructions threw the help line.

We have contacted all the appropriate authorties. But its the emotional abuse that came with this beatening that is hurting the worse. My son is small, he has a diability, and is very sensitive. The employee caught him from behind, and has a master in "black belt." There was nothing warranting this attack. My son was told to talk to him about gossip that he 'might' be spreading. Now my son's lively hood is in danger. Not to speak of more emtional scars. We have seeked help for emotional repair, but my son will not be honest, so it want work. If I could of taken the beaten for him, I would. It would of been less painful, then watch him in this much pain, physical and emotionally. Help me to help him?

According to the way your life has gone, up till now, what author, would be connected in writing your life according to their style and vision? And why? Do you ever feel like no matter what you do, your life seems to be pre-planned?

Why do those of you that ask questions, never go back and pick an answer? You get points back for doing that, plus its the decent thing to do, especially to those who answer your questions seriouly. My Mother and I, since I hit puverty, have had daughter-mom problems. After I married she was still critical of me and never seems to give me the respect I think I have earned. She didn't think I could even raise my own children, and butted in. I finally gained control of that back. I was told by a therapist if my Mother makes me feel bad about myself to stay away from her as much as possible. I do, but when I do see her again, she's mad about me not visiting as much as I could, and continues to treat me like I am a child. When I leave from one of our visits I have severe neck pain and a migraine in the making. I don't want any regrets when she is gone, so help me please..............plus I have told her this and try to explain and she turns a deaf ear. I love her dearly, but I do not like her.
