Okay, I turned my printer/scanner/copier on today and went to copy something, but the power button light went off, yet the device is still plugged in. And now it's giving off this high pitched, yet quiet ringing noise. I opened it up to see what is wrong, but see no problems. Does anyone have any suggestions? The USB and power cords are plugged in. I unplugged both to see if there was a loose connection, yet now they are both plugged back in, no change at all. Thanks to whoever can help me.

My teacher said we had to write a poem on anything we wanted to, this was last week. On the local news was a story about mall shootings. This is what I came up with:

"Digression"

Violence on TV,

Violence in the schools.

It's everywhere you see?

People breaking rules.

Crimes of passion,

Crimes of hate.

Someone take action,

Before it's too late.

Columbine, Virginia Tech.

Both massacres,

Ending in death.

People everywhere concerned.

Everytime we learn a lesson,

And consider it done.

Yet there's someone digressing,

Waiting with their gun.

My teacher said it was good, and the rest of my class agreed. What do you all think? Be honest. Thanks.
