Ok so Experian and equifax fixed a major error on my report, Transunion nothing yet and the other 2 did it over 2 weeks ago. What gives? a Big company Like GMAC must electronically send the info?? wouldnt they send to all at the same time or do they have a 3rd party do it for them? Gmac also told do not dispute call them back in 45 days if it remains uncorrected because they may all revert back to the mistakes which is BS well if anybody has any info please share it thanks. I called transunion also and ask if they had anything in the pipeline for that account and they stated no, but who knows if they really did or if the person even had a clue i talked to.

It was chest pain/pressure which I told them was probably my acid reflux/gerd but it was really hurting and of course my doc was out of town. The bill came to over $4000.00 what in the heck cost that much? Here is a list of my treatment.

1. ekg

2. 2 baby asprin

3. 1 nitro

4. green dragon drink (which is what they give someone with bad acid reflux) inexpensive

5 chest xray

6. Regular stress test with echo. (cost me $600.00) seperate bill.

7. 2 blood tests for heart enzymes

So tell me what the "f" cost so much where the total was around $4700.00?

I did find out they charged me for a nuclear stress which is not correct since they injected me with nothing for it.

There was nothing else.. no pain meds, no IV's etc..

My Aunt no less Sued me in small claims court and won a small amount on a technicality. Its now listed on my credit report with her name showing and docket number but showing unpaid. I have paid this debt and have proof. What can be done to show paid or even have it removed under my public records section of my credit report? Or if not removed to make it less damaging on my report.

What is the proper procedure so they actually do what they say they will? I had. this big issue with a home depot credit card, its was a screw up but it all came down to they closed my account and sold it to a collections agency. They have stated over the phone they will fix my credit report which I believe is illegal and mark the account settled. They will not send me any paper work until I give them a checking account number and check number. I just want some advice on what I should do and make sure I can fix my credit the best way or have the account listed the best way on my report. I am very nervous about giving out bank info without written guarantee's..

I Have ducks now on my farm and for some reason there yanking out healthy feathers and actually causing bleeding to occur. there about 4 months old. Has anybody heard of this? could it be a disease or lacking something in there diet? any help would be great. The ducks appear very healthy except for this feather plucking.

I had some work done on my house, the estimate was for $5000.00 and anything above would have to get my written permission, bill came in at over $7000.00 without any verbal or written document stating I agreed to an increase. All I got is a slip of paper stating the final bill, is he required by law to give me an itemized bill if I ask for it. This guys is crooked there is no way the bill should have even reached $5000. I just would like to know if I can force him to give me a copy of the final bill and original contract. I always thought it was mandatory for a business to keep this documentation in the event they get an IRS audit.

Heres a quick over view, I lived next door to my Uncle, I decided to have a new 2 car garage built to replace a 1 car garage that sat on my property, I told him I was going to try and sell the garage because it was raised in the back and small enough to be moved, he stated it was a good idea. About a week later, I came home from work and he had poured a slab of concrete on his property and I went over and asked what it was for he stated it was for a storage shed he was going to build and I thought nothing of it. A few days later I came home and he had moved my old garage to his property and onto the slab he had poured. He waited until I had emptied my garage and was getting ready to put an add in the paper, cuts my under ground power line to the garage and moves it. What do you think? do a have a shot at suiing for it? I've sent 2 certified letters to him asking for compensation. Thanks for any help.

I'm the seller of the house, I received an approval letter stating that "This letter will confirm our acceptance of the short payoff on the above mentioned property, we agree to accept the proceeds generated by the $$$ "as is condition" purchase as full and final satisfaction on the mortgage indebtedness.

besides the IRS wanting forgiven debt taxes should it state more? like they won't sue me for attorney fees late charges etc.??

Heres my story...

This Woman I was seeing and felt we had a future together moved in with me, she agreed or should I say offered to pay half of all expenses. She could afford to with the job she had. Well in the first 3 months her daughter destroyed all of the down stairs carpets (stained beyond fixing) doubled my power/water/sewer bills and never helped clean or cook etc.. Now this person was nothing like this until she moved in and her daughter was always great, to get to the point she suddenly just moved out of the house, it was trashed and she never gave me a dime. What can I do about getting money out of her. Please answer after you've stopped laughing its a true Dilema..
