  • No sound on MP3 player.?

    Trying to sync my MP3 player and load music but when I play the songs there is no sound. I know the sound works because I can hear the radio and the sample songs. The songs are WMA's and according to the box it came in and the software I installed that is acceptable format...........The MP3 also recognizes the song title and artist. I really don't want to have to find a converter. Help!
