What does this expression/slang mean? Rappers say it all the time.

eg., Outlawz says: "World Wide Mob figure, let me see a n***a's nuts hang."

I truly don't understand this phenomenon. Dating, approaching strangers, are basic social skills that either comes naturally to you or you learn over time, right? Has anyone ever paid or hired a dating coach? If so, why did you think it was necessary?

With the Pau Gasol trade complete, the Lakers will have the most formidable frontcourt in the NBA. However should they sacrifice a formidable frontcourt and give up Lamar Odom's passive play for one of the greatest (and aging) point guards of all time in Jason Kidd?

Obviously the salaries don't match so the Lakers would have to bundle a couple of other guys. Would that be a worthy trade?
