What are the benefits to either or both?Also is a K&N Air filter worth it on this bike?

I just bought a 2006 750 Vulcan(15K on it),and am looking for info on maintenance.Oil changes,carb cleanings etc,etc.The original owner kept records pretty well.But I'd really like to know what the mileage chart should look like for oil changes(how many miles between changes),and everything else that needs to be PM'd,and when.Thanks ALOT

It's a one owner bike w/15k on it.Service records seem to be impeccable runs great.Newer tires,no dents or dings.Bought it from an older gentleman for $3300.00.Seems to need a new battery though,thats about it though.Is it best to use an AGM(gel battery)?I'm a new rider,looking for advice.And really curious to know how many miles a guy can expect to get out of one of these 750s.Thanks for your time and consideration-

I'm just curious,so I thought I'd bring the question here.I'm trying to find the best base layer for cold Chicago weather.Theres alot of brands out there Under Armour 4.0,Patagonia,Hot Chilis',etc,etc,etc.Being that I work outside,before I put $200.00 into it I'd like to see what ppl have to say.Ive been wearing Duo Fold( about $80.00 for the set) from ***** Sporting Goods,they work but it still gets chilly.But before I buy more,I'd like to see what others have to say.Thanks for any input you have.

Does anyone know how this stuff performs?Ive got Under Armour that works amazing in the brutally cold weather I work in.I found this Zero Exposure stuff on sale for $10.00 from the original 35.00 price.Basically I'm just curious asto whether or not anyone has any info on it.No reviews online.I dont want to find out the the hard way that it doesnt work well by freezing@ work.

Ive been on Suboxone for abt 5 yrs now. My New Years Res is to get this monkey off of my back.I'm fed up w/paying my Dr. cash every month for a piece of paper.By the end of the day I'm out 250.00.Every month.Anyway enough of that. Heres my story in short.I stated out at 8mg once daily.Then went to 4mg,no problem.Heres where the troubles begin going from 4mg to 2mg.

I feel as though I'm going thru somewhat uncomfortable w/drawl.Is there anything I can take to subside or simply reduce my flu-like symptoms?

Furthermore,does anyone know of a good solid regimine to follow(A time-table to follow;for example take 2mg for say 10 days then drop to 1mg for say 15 days,then .5mg)to drop off this medication?My personal goal is to be off this by March.

My Dr only seems to have interest in my check (or cash)I'm paying her w/ every month.This needs to stop,and I seriousely need to get on w/my life.

(Dont know if it matters but I'm also taking .5mg xanax 3x a day.)

I got into an accident in 2002 and was on a pain killer for 5yrs.then made the decision to go on suboxone 8mg 1 x daily,for abt 2 yrs. 2yrs ago I dropped down to 4mg 1x daily.Now I'm looking towards getting completely off of Suboxone(New Yrs Res).Although my Dr seems to want me to stay on it So I'm a cash paying customer for life basically.Can someone,anyone give me some tips and what to expect when dropping to 2mg?And how long to stay on 2mg before completely being donw w/Suboxone.Thank You in advance for all the tips and time youve taken to consider my question.

loss of coolant not sure where its coming from.I thought it was from the water pump,so I changed it.I ran the car today and it maintained a fairly good temp.But when I parked it I noticed some leakage coming from the same area near the water pimp.But it cant be the water pump I just changed it.It doesnt seem like the coolant is circulating properly.Can someone plz help me figure this out?

My wife was driving the car and the oil plug actually fell out unbeknownst to her. The car shutdown w/out overheating and still turns over w/out any hesitation,no grinding whatsoever,or noises. (I did put a new oil plug in it,filled it w/oil).I guess my question is what damage may be done,or did this shut via a computer demand for self preservation?

The engine did not overheat and does turn over.The oil plug actually fell out of the pan.
