  • Name of old Movie? Secret Mil NerveAgent leaks into local water/dairy,causes loss of judment and chaos ensues.

    I cant remember the name of the movie, where this milky substance nerve agent, from a secret military storage area, leaks into the water supply and gets into the milk from a dairy farmer. Causes loss of rational judgment, and chaos ensues.

    The dairy farmers are most effected, and some become insane, and change physical appereance.

    The military finds out about the leak and wipes out the town at the end of the movie by spraying something from an airplane.

    Probably from 1980s or early 1990's.
