How to get divorced.?
I'm married to a Filipina. I'm a US Citizen. I caught her cheating on me twice. I just let it go and forgived her. Sadly, I caught her a third time. I don't trust her anymore, knowing that she would probably be doing it againg. I just want to get a divorce right now.
I know that I can file for a divorce in the US and it will be recognized in the Philippines.
My question is if I can file for a divorce in the US and have her not go the US for the proceedings. It will be a no-contest divorce. Where both of us would agree on the divorce and all that stuff.
So do I have to bring her to the US and get a divorce. Or would it be possible to get a divorce even if she is not in the US.
